Yeah, I really liked it. I visit Gamespot like once a month so it was nice to see some of those people thrown into the GB environment.

I'll reserve judgement until I see a couple more of these. I go to Giantbomb for the existing personalities, and I'm not sure about these other duders.
You probably need to give them some time to warm up to the concept, too. As opposed to the GB crew, they likely aren't as used to doing unscripted video content for 2 hours.

The Shrink Shack with Patrick was great.
Watching him flounder at the MLB 2k13 menu screen was hilarious
Neat. The dad cast could be good.
I'll have to listen and see if Will is tolerable with that crew, because the rest are awesome
That is relevant to my interests.
Just finished the daddycast. It's great.
It's up at tested.com in case you're wondering.
Anyone concerned they're spreading themselves a bit too thin? Their output has increased a good amount since the takeover. Now they're doing the podcast (usually 2-3 hrs), new release Wednesday, TNT, and the new Friday stuff. I'm a bit concerned about burnout, seeing as how it's a small team, and they actually have to do other stuff in addition to it. I'd hate to see quality suffer just in the churn of new content.

Jeff has talked in the past about how they tend to get the best response and site visits from stuff like the live quick looks and classic video game days, and how the long term goal of the site is to have a show every day, so I don't think this is the result of pressure from management or whatever.
Ah the glory of a Bombcast recorded on Mondays that I listen to on Fridays.
"I'm going to guess on launch day...no issues. EA nails it." Oh, Vinny.
Can love bloom on the battlefield?
The Bombcast crew talking about the Metal Gear series was great.
And made me buy mgs3 again to give it another shot.

I feel like Jeff and Patty should disagree in a fiery huff like that more often, but Jeff bottles it up.
I watched the Dad Cast last night and I have to say I enjoyed it quite a lot.
It's quite humorous, but really informative.
I'll be worried about the quality when I notice it starting to slip.
I will say that I don't find Gamespot's personalities aren't as engaging but part of that is familiarity. I liked the small team feel of Giant Bomb. I know each of their tastes and quirks. Helps that they have clearly defined roles; Ryan is the host, Brad is the reviewer, Patrick is news, Vinny is video production, and Jeff is insane.
That ARMA 3 Alpha QL is a real winner, guys.
That Vinny. Also watch new Sleepy Dogs DLC for amazing flying car.

FTFY
That Vinny.
"I think there's bad guys around here."
Pure gold.

QL of the year! Vinny had me in stitches.
So Ryan's not there tonight. And they're talking about Cyborg Sports.
Amazing first hour. Team Cyborg.
Cyborg eyes with offers sound terrifying. Better start saving up for the full version, I guess.
