So, Cyrax, Keithustus, SixteenBlue, Gunner, Aristophan and myself thus far have all expressed interest in being in a game.
Anyone else?
I'd join in as well. I've got it on my iPad. However, that's 6 so if it screws up the division you 5 go ahead.

7 actually It's already hosed. I was going to say "4 people in one game, 3 in the other" and let the chips fall where they may.
What have I done?
The weather's bad here, so I may lose power or internet. When parties are figured out, send me an invite.
I could possibly play, I own the game, but I haven't learned it yet. Maybe leave me on the bench for next time.
I've played dozens of games of Agricola and I still find Le Havre to be inscrutable.
That's an interesting sentiment for me. I actually learned Le Havre first and then slipped into Agricola and Ora & Labora afterwards with no problems. Maybe just tackling the toughest one makes the others not so bad?
In any case, I agree that internalizing the basic building that are available is a key step towards playing Le Havre efficiently. If working your way to that place of familiarity is a miserable experience then I could see not enjoying the game very much. For me it was almost like the feeling of exploration you get when you are discovering a nice and meaty strategy PC game. Don't jump in expecting to see all of the combos and possibilities right away.

This goes for me as well
I learned Kingdom Builder this weekend. Then someone pointed out that it's on ipad so I picked that up to check out some of the different rules. I like that it's pass and play.
Kingdom Builder is definitely a beer and pretzels game and I love it!

I own the game, but have been hesitant to buy the app since there was lots of low reviews and reports of bugs. How does it play? Is it worth the price?
Huh, I've only run into one bug once where it didn't notice a token I owned for one turn. I haven't done any online multiplayer, just pass and play so that is probably where the bug complaints come from.
There's definitely some negatives to the app version:
I'm sure this is the #1 complaint: You can't zoom the board in or out, it's locked so you have to pay close attention when placing pieces in the small spaces. I play on an iPad 3, not sure if an older iPad at lower resolution will have problems with this. I also have a nice stylus which makes small spaces easy to tap.
Another major issue which has been fixed in a patch was the tokens you collect didn't display what they do, now if you tap one the description comes up.
The drop down which shows you which victory cards are being used is a bit clunky. Sometimes it won't drop down without repeated taps, sometimes it wont go away without repeated taps. The upside is it always displays the name of the three cards you're using so if you know what they mean you don't need to ever open the drop down.
I haven't touched the tutorial because I started with the board game but I've heard complaints about it.
the iOS version of Eclipse has been delayed. Source.
However, the video is amazing.
My only hope is they tweak the player "influenced systems" markers. Putting them in the lower left while the physical game has them in the center, and not having the always-on boarders I can see getting lost quickly.
So for Le Havre ....4 and 3? 5 and 2? Preferences on opponents?
I'll play a Le Havre game of at least 4 players if we play with the advanced buildings. Picky, picky.

I would prefer a game without advanced buildings, since I have no f*cking clue what I am doing.

Also, saw some sad news in the GMT newsletter today about the Command and Colors iOS conversion. Straight from the source:
I had a conference call with the Playdek folks last week. I can't say much (NDA) but can tell you that we understand that this is absolutely on their schedule, but not for 2013. More as we know it.

This is flogging a dead horse, but I'm really surprised Playdek is not ramping up their staffing to accommodate the sheer amount of demand they're getting for their services.

There's probably a large challenge to finding qualified applicants and a steep learning curve to their craft. Only a few hundred people in the world who are awesomely good at making iOS board games, and most of them are already employed.
