I saw this before and all I could think is that batman noir seem redundant. Also pic:
I really love this one.

That's what I thought. Andiev and kaostheory's comments made me question my judgement. I'm glad your always around to guide me. Like a spirit wolf.
I don't even play TF2, just made a guess :/
For all that I've played it in the last year I thought the top was newer, because to me it looked far more better shaded and "newer" uniforms. Guess that's my bad That's why I mentioned they looked "less crazy" in the above picture. (Ie, see the medic on the lower one. I would never let that man near me with that insane grin/smile)

Probably a good call. (Link TF2-style bloody.)
And a few others....Pixar renditions of Marvel heroes...
how does an image link to a directory and still work?
There's probably aliasing/redirect rules being processed, to add .gif to the end of requests formatted like that. While the request doesn't look like a file, the response from the server is a gif.
Actually, that image is just what happens when you link a directory. Edwin tore a hole in the Internet.
Web servers aren't like pulling a file from a file system, you're making a request, and it can fulfil that request however it likes.
So it does!
Creative!
Seriously, no matter how "cute" the drawing style might be, images of people being murdered and mutilated are neither amusing nor SFW.

The creator of Scott Pilgrim vs the World creates a promo poster for Battle Royale.
So the f word is ok in the post above but the movie poster isn't ? Regardless I'll put it in link form.
Thanks. I got a new background image for my phone.
So what's Ani doing with his hand in that first picture?
Why do they have cups to pee in?
What? They're just about that height!

Oops, double post.
EDIT: I know that we are past these pictures already, but this cracked me up:
He's shattering a chocolate egg with the flick of a finger. Or some otherkind of hard, solid, egg-shaped item.
Okay happy family star wars is so nice, although I'm not sure what he's doing in the first picture.
Fun fact google image searching wide gets you some nice shots:
