Why does that article make me think of this...

We're all f*cked.

Dogs understand human perspective, say researchers

Dogs are more capable of understanding situations from a human's point of view than has previously been recognised, according to researchers.

They found dogs were four times more likely to steal food they had been forbidden, when lights were turned off so humans in the room could not see.

This suggested the dogs were able to alter their behaviour when they knew their owners' perspective had changed.

I knew dogs couldn't be trusted. We need to "take care" of them before they decide we're just in the way.

As a dog owner I know too well the "Uh-oh, I don't hear or see them, what are they up to?" thought.

They're usually up to something. And they definitely know how to look guilty.

Very punny, I see what you did there!

Sea slug's 'disposable penis' surprises

Mind you, I was reading a story on how a woman's 10-liter-a-day Coke habit led to her death when I had to do a double-take on the link to the disposable penis...

But really. Coke erodes your teeth so much that this woman's teeth were removed. And her children were born without tooth enamel. That's right, the Coke stripped the enamel right off of the fetuses' teeth!

Coke doesn't belong in there with the fetus. She was drinking it wrong!

I really want to know what that coroner was smoking that made him attribute an unborn infant's lack of tooth enamel to the mother's soda consumption.

It's New Zealand, so... I'd blame the wallaby flatulence.

Emu Heist!

I don't have a million dollars (I don't have a million dollars), so I stole you an exotic pet. Not a llama, but an emu!

And of course, you don't really need to guess to know which country that happened in. Yet another reason why I don't mind visiting, but never want to live down under.
