Post a news story, entertain me!

Wait...what? That's news? Who doesn't build a giant snow penis at some point in their youth or perhaps full-grown adulthood?

Well, when you read the story of the man who created it, it is gripping.

Wait- it wasn't Quintin?

My fraternity brothers built a snow penis on the lawn of the sorority sisters next door. And since one of my brothers had just shaved his head that night... well, lets just say they put the hair to good "artistic" use.

I prefer to make penii out of materials less ephemeral.

Your next data storage device will be DNA.

Okay, maybe not your next one, but it's not too far off.

I'm not too impressed. My first storage device was DNA-based.

Epic game of tag

There are no geographic restrictions and the game is live for the entire month of February. The last guy tagged stays "It" for the year.

That means players get tagged at work and in bed. They form alliances and fly around the country. Wives are enlisted as spies and assistants are ordered to bar players from the office.

Two women were arrested at JFK airport for wearing... wait for it... duct tape diapers full of cocaine.

I can't wait to clock me an obnoxious, in-your-face reporter.

Richard III's body found under a parking lot.

I found this interesting, having always been interested in the Hundred Years War and the Wars of the Roses.

Yeah, yeah, I saw that after I posted here. I guess it was worth a thread of it's own.

The most NSFW interview I've ever seen. In case you missed it, this is NSFW

Meet Kai, the Hitchhiker. He managed to save a couple of women from a lunatic by smashing said lunatic in the head with a hatchet, and starts out his interview with a good, solid statement about forgiveness and that everyone is worthwhile.

Nothing wrong with a little cross posting. It is a news story and it did entertain me.

That article has the weirdest comments. But a couple good ones too, particularly the one pointing out that the dad did the right thing (if in a weird, desperate way): reach out for help.

(Although isn't there something like a Newborn Hotline in Bavaria?)

Man, I feel like I've been where he was, although I only have one baby—not five-month-old twins and a toddler! I'll cut him all the slack in the world.

I don't know if this is entertaining but I got really sad that things have gotten worse when I left home for many of the reasons you hear in this story.

It's the Agriculture school library, so it's not surprising at all.

Squids can fly 100 feet through the air

A picture researchers snapped shows more than 20 of the creatures in full flight above the water, droplets of water from their propulsion jet clearly visible.
