I had one good run tonight; allow me to enjoy it!

Every other run ended in kriz heavy around corner, stupid sentry, or Psych being a jerk.

Each one only records your last / current life...

I know that and I was still alive when it stopped. Both exactly at 1:26

It must be trying to tell you that you're living too long then

Even worse, I've died so many times only after 20 seconds I think lol
Yesterday wasn't one of my better days

Can someone check though and see how replays work for them ?

Here's how my replays are working out.

Woohoo I'm famous!!

Some replays did work for me from last night.

7 hp left!

More videos rendering...

Also, sorry to Queueball for screwing up some of those Kritzs last night. I'm a little out of practice. :p

It's all good. Since I still do LPC, sometimes I don't play some classes again for a couple weeks and I do terrible with them.

It's so beautiful!

The Cold War
-10% Movement Speed on player
on hit -15% movement speed (applies to self directed damage as well)
Enemies below 50% health that are hit while rocket jumping turn into ice statues

I have once again proved I am the most suicidal.

Still from two games ago I think.

It saddens me that 3 of the best awards appear to be glitched and don't count. 'Jerk' (backstabs), 'Mex Thanks You' (medics defended), and 'Urine For a Surprise' (jarate).

I just figured no one ever bothers defending medics

I wish I could remember to do replays. Had a great kill of a demo on dustbowl last night. One shot lifted him in the air, second shot exploded him mid-air. I'll probably never do that again.

Not sure, Queueball may have seen it at least.

I never remember either. I had a nice double rocket reflect kill on Goldrush but forgot to save.

I'd like to think everything I do is awesome and not worthy of saving. But the truth really is that I do awesome things so seldom that I get excited that I did something awesome and forget to save.

Maybe I don't understand what a medic does when my K:D is .46...

Fleabag, I saw that kill. It was quite pretty.

It's a Full Moon.

Yo guys, my KDR is dooooope.

I disabled the default Valve autobalance feature and have replaced it with the gscramble plugin autobalance. It should work much better because Valve's autobalance just randomly moves a person to the other team when they are down by two. This one allows me to define way more options when it comes to who gets moved. These are the options I set for now..

* Engies with buildings are immune to autobalance.
* The top 3 players from each team are immune to autobalance.
* If there are less than two minutes left in the round no one will be autobalanced.
* A player can not be autobalanced more than once in a 40 minute time window.

As far as the scramble side goes. The way it's setup right now if an admin is present !votescramble will not work. This is done to prevent pubbies from spamming scramble votes. If there is a need for a scramble an admin can initiate the vote by going to the sm_admin menu, choosing 2. Server commands, and choosing gscramble commands. This scramble mod will not restart the round like the Valve scramble does and will scramble teams based on players HLstatsX rank so if everything works right all the awesome world beater players should be evenly distributed. Here is how the scramble mod is currently setup

Scramble mod options wrote:

// Minimum people connected before scrambles are possible
gs_as_minplayers "16"

// If enabled, teams will scramble at the end of the 'waiting for players' period
gs_prescramble "0"

// If a scramble happens during setup, restore the setup timer to its starting value
gs_setup_reset "1"

// Sets if admins and people with uber and engie buildings are immune from being scrambled.
// medics + enginneers are not immune during scrambles at the beginning of the round
// 0 = no immunity
// 1 = just admins
// 2 = charged medics + engineers with buildings
// 3 = admins + charged medics and engineers with buildings.
gs_scramble_immune "2"

// If a scramble-now happens during setup time, fill up any medic's uber-charge.
gs_setup_fill_ubers "1"

// Player scramble sort mode.
// 1 = Random
// 2 = Player Score
// 3 = Player Score Per Minute.
// 4 = Player Kill-Death Ratios
// 5 = Swap the top players on each team, controlled by gs_top_swaps
// 6 = Use GameME rank
// 7 = Use GameMe Skill
// 8 = Use Global GameMe rank
// 9 = Use Global GameMe skill
// 10 = Use GameMe Session
// 11 = Use HlxCe Rank
// 12 = Use HlxCe Skill
// 13 = Sort by player classes
// 14 = Choose randomly one of the above sort modes.
// This controls how players get swapped during a scramble.
gs_sort_mode "11"

// Percentage of players to randomly choose during a random scramble
// min 0.10
// max 0.8
gs_random_selections "0.65"

// The number of players to swap during a top-swap scramble
gs_top_swaps "5"

// If set, it will scramble after a team wins X full rounds in a row
gs_winstreak "0"

// If set, it will scramble every X full rounds
gs_scramblerounds "0"

// If set, then it will block auto-scrambling from happening two rounds in a row.
// Also stops scrambles from being started if one has occured already during a round.
gs_no_sequential_scramble "1"

// If set, then print scramble stats
gs_as_print_stats "1"

// If set, then grand dueling immunity during a scramble.
gs_as_dueling_immunity "0"

Thoughts, ideas, suggestions? Love it? Hate it?

Sounds solid so far

Sounds good to me. Has to be better than the Valve method.

Ran into my demo twin this morning. Not a spy, just someone who felt they should also dye their hair the same color...

What is the difference between these two? I don't see a skill ranking in the stats anywhere. As is, rank is going to be somewhat biased toward people that play a lot so if there's a really good player that doesn't play a whole lot, the scramble mod might overlook them. If the skill ranking somehow factors in time played, I'd be in favor of it instead of rank. But, if it's just some nebulous number like the skill ranking in Battlefield, not so much.

I these posted screenshots you might be able to discover a theme. It's not easy, but give it a try anyway...

So.
First post Female Doggoing about HLSTATSX?
As a medic, I get three points for an assist.
As a medic, I get one point for deploying an uber.
Discuss.

I think I am going to follow evilseed's advice about HLstatsX. It doesn't yet have me playing any differently but it does have me more pissed off thinking about how poorly I am playing.
