Nice.

Also, I don't need to learn Eve any more.

Good grief finally. I'm usually watching the action, ready to teleport or click-move where I am looking and it snaps my damn camera away from it. So annoying for so long.

Turrets
Now prioritize minions in the following order:
Player-owned minions (ex: Tibbers, Zyra Plants)
Super Minions, Cannon Minions
Melee Minions
Caster Minions

At last, an understandable targeting order. Always drives me nuts when my tower mysteriously decides to attack back-line creeps at random.

Syndra
Scatter the Weak
Cooldown reduced at later ranks to 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds from 18/17/16/15/14

Zzz. Still once a fight and can't risk using it to farm.

is this an item designed just for teemo shrooms?

That is a weird passive, for sure. Nidalee and Caitlyn traps are visible, so this applies to Shaco and Teemo and... nothing else.

It's a Twisted Treeline item, which doesn't allow pink wards or Oracles, so it gives you a way of detecting those few invisible things.

I'm Jow and I approve of this message.

I appreciate the change, but is there a reason they didn't just make a checkbox in the game settings menu?

Spam laugh is dead, yay! Although now I don't have a good excuse to quote Alfred Lord Tennyson when I report people...

Double win?

(assuming you can open it... it's lagging like crazy right now)

That's great stuff. Anyone planning to play support ever should give it a look.

I think Eliesa's Miracle needs to cost about 4-600 gold to be considered, or keep its gp/5. It probably still needs a cost reduction if it kept its gp/5. Cool idea, but health and mana regen aren't important enough to drop that much gold.

I think he put too little emphasis on the bulwark, especially if the enemy team has high AP. Support or jungler needs to build a bulwark pretty fast. I'm finding that it fits best on the support so far as warmogs is super effective on a jungler.

I cannot see how building building twin shadows or the other suggested item first on a ranged support is better than a aegis/bulwark first progression. I can see building them right after bulwark though. If you're a squishy support you need that survivabiliy too so you dont end up getting farmed and can better protect carry and utilize your cc and stuff. If you're tanky you need the protection to jump in and start fights with your CCs and tank for the DPS.

It's just a better path to go straight for aegis after SS, T1 boots, and philo stone.

Whoa, woah... hold on. People still build philo stone? Madness!

You can build whatever you want....build a BF sword and stick in the river as a ward for all i care.

One of my favorite summoners code quotes. Paraphrased from memory

Ez : Sona that's a nice ward collection you have, but I think they would look better in the river.
Sona : Why don't you put your BF sword in the river?

Also, mostly because we never do fun blind pick comps. I have one that I want to try at somepoint, or be a part of since I think we have better pant/shen players than I.

We need a TF Mid, Pant Top, Shen Jungle and an Ohmwrecker. 5 Man gank bot. Full of hilarity.

next time I am to support fuzz I will definitely buy a nice sword instead of wards. XD

On a side note, ts is better than bulwark for engages. His rune setup was pretty heavy in defense, so he could delay an aegis to instead use the slowing ghosts to engage and possibly get a kill or two. Aegis is great defensive but if they just run than it has no offensive help. Twin shadows slow can be used to engage or disengage if needed. Its also cheaper. Aegis is usually not completed towards end of lane phase, ts could be used during the last half of lane phase.
Though I say that, normally sightstone cost would make both come in later.

pantheon has ult range, him in jungle with shen top might be better.

That's the first thing that came to my mind as well.

That's more like it.

What's the Ohmwrecker for? It's not like towers do any damage. Just have Shen tank 10 hits.

This is true, but pant is a much better top than jungle. You could even just super confuse the other team, TF goes bottom, Pant and Shen ult mid. Or have the best blue steal ever.

The initial dance party before you blow them up?

TF ult -> stun card.

Everyone dances for the duration of the stun.

Pant Stun/Shen Taunt to death.

Bulwark rush is very expensive for a support and really not worth it unless the enemy has mostly magic damage or a very fed AP carry. Aegis is plenty.

I'd rather let the jungler or top laner get it for teamfights anyways. Supports can use that gold for better support items, like Shurelia's or Twin Shadows, and the initiator can have the Bulwark stats for the much needed tankiness.

Now that WotA builds out of Kage's, that's one more great support option to build toward.

Yeah that is weird. Where's the Game.cfg file? Main game directory?

Wondered why Annie was getting some buffs in the patch... visual upgrade announced.

Huh?

Mine's just in Riot/League of Legends/Config/Game.cfg

Oops, grabbed from an old info page. Didn't have a local copy to check against.

Some of my old habits are dying hard. In particular, with tougher Monsters, I am finding that with some champs I am having new found mana issues early on in the Jungle. I should probably look into a Catalyst for some of those issues.

I have a question about passive prioritization. If I have a Banshee's Veil and a Hexdrinker/Maw, do I get 2 spell shields if I am on low health and both are available?

Also are Aegis and Bulwark's shared effects unique or will they stack?

I wonder what the new voice will be like? Do they change lines? If so I vote they rework amumu, I am not a fan of his voice and lines.

Nice! She, Sivir, and Sion are imo the three most in need of a facelift.

I am not sure if Sion needs more, or less AHHHHHNOLD!

Needs more Hulk Hogan. Hitting people with a glowing chair.

Hopefully they're keeping the same voice actress. She happens to also be the voice of Amumu and Nunu, so it's not far fetched to think they could have recorded new lines for them all in a single session.

Edit: here's a recent interview with her reflecting on voicing the characters back in 2009

If they change Amumu's VOs I'm hunting you down. They're my second favorite in the game behind Ziggs.
