That is so many fantastic hours of gaming, it's ridiculous. Too bad I own them all already.

As an addendum, looks like the $5 credit applies to this bundle as well.

Blind Evil - I'm only keeping my 360 until I'm tired of Dark Souls.

So, forever.

That.. well, that's pretty off topic, but my two cents:

When I was between the ages of, say, 5 and 11, the only piece of gaming hardware I had was a Super Nintendo. I would get two games a year if I was lucky, one for my birthday and one for Christmas. I'd go to the game aisle in Toys'r'us and marvel that there were hundreds of games. Around four years into that stretch I grew restless, sick of playing Final Fantasy VI for the 11th time (seriously). I still remember feeling that frustration, so when I started making my own money by mowing lawns and later doing real work, I've never been able to play the same game over and over again. There's too much I'd be missing out on. I love Dark Souls too, I need to get around to the DLC. But yeah, FFVI is my favorite game ever, and I refuse to play it more than once every five years. I try to avoid it altogether.

I don't know that I've done any replaying of any single-player game in the last...15 years, until Saints Row 3 and Dark Souls.

You sir must be wearing a +1 suit of enabling... thanks for the tip.

I really enjoyed Mafia 2, I played through twice without removing the Disc from my 360. If you played and like the first on then it's a no brainer.

So I don't own Homefront, Red Faction: Guerrilla, or Warhammer Space Marine. With the $5 credit I assume it makes this a no brainer? Also, do you get keys for each game so I can give the rest away?

Yeah, I grabbed this one during the Christmas sale (it was actually even cheaper then) and you get individual keys for everything.

Speaking of which, I need to inventory my extra keys and find good homes for them.

I still had the credit, so I bought it. Only one I don't have is Homefront. Kamakazi, Space Marine is yours if you haven't gotten it from someone else already. The rest are free to anyone above Coffee Grinder.

If your Red Faction: Guerrilla needs a home, I'd be happy to give it one. My copy is tied to an Impulse account that I haven't been able to successfully log into since shortly after GameCrap bought them out. Never did get to finish it.

WizKid beat you to it by a few minutes, unfortunately.

Something fans of old school (really old school) RPG's like Bards Tale and Might and Magic might be interested in:

The creator of Swords and Sorcery : Underworld is selling the gold edition of the first game for $4.95 to help promote/support the sequel, until 27th January.

It's pretty fun, even though it doesn't pull many punches.

Agreed that Mafia 2 is very worth it. Good story, fun missions and some good gun play. Really good stuff that had me thinking about the story after finishing the game as I became attached to some of the characters.

You Don't Know Jack (activates on Steam) is $2.99 on Amazon this week.

Does this work with multiple players hot seat, or is it a single-player game?

From the game's steam page:
Up to Two players on the same computer

And I don't think it's hotseat. Except for certain question types, it's 2-player simultaneous.

Well, couch-vs., is more what I meant. Still, I was only really interested in it as a party game. 2 players isn't gonna fit that bill.

The console version supports 4 players, but that's assuming that you have a console, and 4 controllers, and are willing to pay more than $2.99 for it....

Tony from Amazon posted this upcoming deal on CAG just a moment ago.

$24.99 pre-coupon, will work with coupon, deal of the week next week. The 2 CoH games and DoW Gold don't activate on Steam, the other stuff does.

Cheers,
Tony

I don't know if you can still find it, but the Scene It controllers work great with XBLA YDKJ. I think I paid $15 for Scene It with the four controllers. Obviously that's getting further and further from the $2.99 deal.

THQ is finally doing some interesting things to get their games out into the people's hands.

Interesting or desperate?

Speaking of THQ getting games into the hands of gamer, for all you haters, one guess to which game is free on PS+ this week. That's right, Darksiders! No more excuses for the PS+ subscribers.

I own most of the THQ products for sale in that list anyhow. They actually produced quite a few good games, too bad their boneheaded management crippled the company via the uDraw and Homefront.

BlackSabre wrote:

They've been desperate for a time now. They're finally making moves (desperate as they may be) in order to raise the public profile of their IPs. They own some remarkable titles- at least they're finally reminding people why this is a publisher worth noting.

Indeed. Really hope it works out well for them. I want COH2 to be released.

Don't purple dildo's and porn stars raise the public interest?

FTFY.

Weird. I used to play the old YDKJ on Windows 95 and it supported 3 players.
