Fringe Catch-All - You Are My Favorite Thing, Fringe. My Very Favorite Thing.

All these clips are awesome. I'm sure gonna miss this show.

As for the Charlie/Nurse switcheroo--don't think about it too much. I've gone over it so many times and there's a definite logic/editing flaw. Just accept the end result and move on.

But I don't want to! *pouty face*

Anyone else concerned that Trueheart's going to try to Jonestown us after the finale?

Once it's over, there won't be anything left to live for, right? Besides, I LIKE Kool-aid.

Pretty good, lots of just setting the table, though. The Plan is suitably bananas, but I'm a little disappointed a paradox engine isn't involved.

Re: Next Time

Spoiler:

Yeah, I cheered when the Alts showed up.

Sheesh.

I was hoping for a reset of some type, to fight off the invasion. But what they're doing is nuts.

Oliva thinks

Spoiler:

they will get Etta back.

But the true repercussions of a "No Observer" future means Walternate won't be distracted, and Peter will be cured but on the other side forever.

Then again maybe they'll do something timey wimey and just make it end happy. :p

I no longer have the faintest idea of what's going on, but I'm still enjoying the ride. Part of me almost wishes I hadn't stuck around for the preview, but I did get a big grin from it.

I watched just enough to see

Spoiler:

A flash of red hair

and I turned it off, cursing myself for self-spoiling.

Fall back in love with the Astrid episode.

I've got to say I think Walter Bishop is my second all time favourite character in anything only after Tony Soprano. Walter was the reason I stuck with the show in the beginning because I had no idea what was happening at first and thought it was a bit like Xfiles. The second, third and forth season... WOW. Not watched any of this one yet, I've been waiting for it all to finish.

Spoiler:

I went back and watched the first season again, and I'm pretty sure even in the pilot, one of the observers is in there, so it looks like JJ didn't do a "Lost" with this series

Noble better win an Emmy this year.

I just started watching the first season of this on Amazon... does it get better? Because so far it's a procedural with some weird sci-fi and conspiracy elements. It isn't a BAD show, but it doesn't seem like anything to post 49 pages over.

Yes. Every episode. There's stuff going on even in those first rough episodes that turns out to be important later on.

That's how I felt about it when it came out. It was just fairly meh. However, I did stick with it over the years and I'm glad I did. I'm not really sure why that is.

At some point during the first season you will suddenly say, "Oh wow!" and you'll be hooked. It just keeps getting better after that.
