My bad. Sorry Kush. I will try to be there at 2:30. That's 1:30 CST, correct?

Edit- And now, according to the list in my wife's hand, today is most likely out. :(

No problem. Are you available tomorrow at 10am or 2:30pm ET?

I will play it by ear, but I'm pretty sure not. Normally I would be, but 'tis the frakkin' season.

Merry Belated Christmas everyone!

Jayhawker, are you home on Friday? I am, and I was wondering if you would be able to get together at 10am ET that day? If not, that's cool, let me know if you are available any night this week.

Happy Kwanzaa everybody!

I am giving Kush and Jayhawker until Monday (12/31) to get the game in. I understand that it is the holidays and all, but we must try and press forward and keep this league going.

Friday would be perfect. The wife will be at work, the kid at fa friend's house, and I will be a slug. Sorry I was not able to do it sooner.

Wait, Friday at 10am ET, correct? Just want to be sure.

I'm getting ready to take my wife to work, so I should be back by 10 ET (9 CST), but I could be a few minutes late.

I implemented my new Pistol offense last night, so be prepared o get shot in the face. Or I might just shoot myself in the foot.

Nice job guys getting the game in. I will roll the league during lunch today and also get my "advanced week" option working.

League has been rolled!

Thanks for breaking my HvH games up with a Week 2 XBox ass-raping by Notre Dame Commissioner!!!!

Jayhawker, very good game today! Only wish I have is that I was on the other end of it, but it was still an exciting game. I need to recruit a better place kicker. I also didn't throw an interception!

Firesloth, are you available next Thursday or Friday night between 7-10pm ET? I may be available New Years Day as well.

Probably. Let's look as we get closer. I have a game tonight with BillBonney. Otherwise I'm pretty clear over the next week. Later is better.

Great game and fun chatting, Kush. I actually feel lucky to get out with a win, as it really did feel like it was about to slip away.

Of course, I followed that up with a heartbreaking loss to Washington. I rallied to tie the game at 17-17, only to give up a long TD pass with less than 4 minutes left. I followed that by throwing an INT into the endzone with less than a minute left.

I was able to use my time outs to get the ball back and air out a few passes. I posted one of the drops, but I hit receivers in stride for sure TD's, only to have them bobble and drop them twice! I would have posted both drops, but but the game said there was no replay for one of them.

So I start my season 1-2. Next season, can I play Kush every week?

Edit - So apparently my game locked up and failed to post highlights, but it logged my bitter loss!

Firesloth, since you're looking to schedule games to play, which night is better for you, tomorrow or Friday? I have a small window to play, I need to start the game between 7:30-9pm either day. Let me know if either day is good for you.

I'm hopeful that I could convince my wife to give over the TV at 8 pm tonight. If you're available then, I could play our game right before my game in the other league.

Will that work for you? If not, I could do tomorrow night at 8 or 9 pm.

*fingers crossed*

I want to see if the #1 QB is coming to Fresno State!

I could also play at 4:45 or 5 pm if you're home early...

I'll be about 8 min late...

Kush and I played last night, with IU beating Temple 34-27 on a TD with about 30 sec. left in the game. I was down 17-10 at the half, but we were tied going into the fourth quarter. However, Kush had a massive TD drive to tie the game with 1:03 left on the clock. From there I got some lucky breaks that led to the final 33 yard TD pass.

My QB was the player of the game, going 16-26 for 295 yards, 2 TDs and 1 INT. He also had a nice 25 yard option run.

Kush was the master of making long conversions. I swear he must have converted 5 times on 3rd-and-12+ yards.

Great game, Kush. Thanks for playing, and good chatting with you.

Interesting...there are no ranked teams in the Legends side of the Big 10 (which includes Indiana), but the Leaders side includes #3 MSU, #7 Michigan, #3 MSU, and #22 Iowa.

Thanks, Commish!

Great game FS. I missed playing with league players, and although I'm (1-2) this year vs Humans, I had fun playing all 3 games.

Yeah, I don't know how I converted some of those passes. Your D-line was relentless, that sack on 1st down when I got the ball back with under a minute to play sealed the deal. There's only so many long 3rd down plays I can convert. I also knew, in the end, I would throw some Ints. Jayhawker should feel shame not getting one from me

Shag, you are KILLING me. I start the season with 3 Human teams, Notre Dame and now #10 ranked Miami?!?! Meanwhile, Fresno St gets Rutgers, that Div 2-A school that joined the Big10. I blame Leroy in the end.

I am sorry. I could of fixed the Notre Dame game but I cannot change the Miami game as they are in the ACC with you. If there is a season 3 I think I will take it down to 2 human games a year instead of 3.

I'm only busting chops, it's fine. Like I told FS last night, as long as my only win this year is vs you, I am happy

Managed to slip in my week 5 game against #9 Wisconsin this morning. Thought it was going to be a long game when they successfully ran a fake punt on the first drive of the game, but I held them to a FG and got a TD of my own on my first drive. That was all the scoring in the first quarter, but Bucky started to lose ground from there out. Indiana pulls off the "upset" victory over Wisconsin, 45-13.

My defense grabbed 4 INTs. They also forced 3 fumbles behind the line, but all of them were pounced on by Wisconsin linemen. WI's Danny O'Brien (QB) only completed 33% of his throws.

I was helped by the fact that their other-worldly TE went out of the game with a concussion on WI's second drive, while their starting HB missed two quarters with an injury. Getting the TE out of the game really simplified my defensive play. He was a beast.

My QB was player of the game again. While he only completed 50% of his 24 passes and had 2 INTs, he threw 5 TDs and had some nice runs, as well.

Alright everybody has played except for Bonney. You have until Thursday next week to get it in or we roll Thursday night. I am very serious about trying to get the league on a good schedule.

Thank you for your time!

So happy to see the league rolled that I decided to get my game in late tonight. Up 21-0 as the 1st half ends and craaaaash...

I'll have to give it a second shot tomorrow.
