No. Even without following the link or watching the video: no.

Gravey is correct. Unless he's being sarcastic again. One can never tell with Gravey.

*Had long post, but deleted it because unnecessary.

Just saw that. It's amazing! Good thing he couldn't carry it away, but that'll do for a morning scare.

I am having trouble sleeping and now thanks to the internet I now have to worry about a golden eagle flying away with my daughter. Thanks internet. *shakes fist*

That tears it. Eagles are assholes.

I've known this since Hotel California.

Maybe it's trained to pick up a doll. Then the cut to the baby after having being picked up.

Either way, I was rooting for the eagle.

I call shenanigans.
If a monster bird with a nearly 8ft wingspan were to swoop in, within 25 feet of me, much less 10 feet from me, with it's wings fully extended, I'm pretty sure I'd look up from my backpack. If my kid were on the ground near me, I think I'd be extra vigilant.

Not sure how, but something's not right. These guys are just too comfortable with an enormous bird of prey dive bombing them. The kid is also not screaming nearly enough afterwards. There's a face that shows fear. Prety sure that kid's face was rather calm for being dropped from about three or four feet off the ground.

Can't wait for the real answer. We can discuss the ethics of training a bird of prey to pick up infant sized and shaped targets. Did pitbulls get discussed in P&C? That one would surely be just about the same.

Eagle (semen) video pretty thoroughly debunked already by a couple of other YouTubers.

What this needs is an animated gif of The Dude getting thrown out of a certain cab. I cannot find one. The internets has failed me.

Those eagles don't generally have the strength and power to successfully attack human children. However, the Harpy Eagle and the Philippine Eagle absolutely do.

Lasherthecat says that was a great one. Congratulations, you win the big prize.

When I was working at Tobyhanna Army Depot, a co worker told about how their family little 'kick me pet' (I can't recall what breed it was, just that it was small) got taken out of an outdoor kennel by a golden eagle. Apparently the kennel had an open yard that was fenced on all 4 sides but it did not have a fence on top....it does now though.

Best/worst howl evar?

Sounds like the new Wilhelm scream.

NSFWish:

I like when people do good things.

Probably the best kind of thing that comes out of cosplay.
Hell, as someone who would probably never cosplay, I'm thinking about making something so I can help make someone's day/hour/life better; even just a little.

My kids still remember the Star Wars cosplayers that came to Chapters at Easter. (not sure about that association but hey, got cool Lance Armstrong style wristbands).

Be sure to follow the link to Cameron's response. You can probably skip to the end. He's pretty stoic throughout, nodding along, for the most part, but the smile at the end is the payout.

This is the most adorable freaking video I've ever seen.

It's a great video, but I think it might be a boy judging by the voice.
