Saints at Giants - It's about time for the Giants to turn on that end of season magic they keep stored up.
Bears at Vikings - Bears are a good team when Cutler is healthy and they aren't playing the Seahawks.
Eagles at Buccaneers - I like this Bucs team, I feel the opposite about the Eagles. But I will admit that I'm looking forward to a Reid-less Eagles.
Ravens at Redskins - I feel like the Ravens are too injured at this moment to win against good teams.
Texans at Patriots - Oh I hope JJ Watt goes off and eats Tom Brady. This is an AFC Championship preview.

Screw it, I'm kicking down the door. Try an' stop me.

I want to give you crap for not PMing me like I asked.

But it's 1:00am, I've only stopped working for an hour of lunch and dinner today, and I'm not likely stopping for another few hours at least.

So, I'm going to say something that I really don't want to....

.... thank you.

God damn I'm tired.

I've been there, man. No worries.

Saints - Drew Brees has career days against the Giants.
Bears - No Percy Harvin = no points for the Vikes
Buccaneers - Even if I didn't think they were a solid club this year, I can't pick the Eagles against anyone.
Redskins - Ravens on the road don't play well.
Patriots - Little bit of a home edge and I don't think the Texans match up to them well. Their pass D has been suspect, and the Pats D is hard to run on. Come playoffs time in Houston I'd take the Texans, but not on the road.

True, but not much of a road game.

Giants- The Saints' secondary won't be able to contain Cruz, Nicks, etc.

Bears-With Harvin done for the tear, the Vikings only have Peterson and Rudolph to generate points, which means they're way too one dimensional. Also, Brandon Marshall is a beast.

Buccaneers The Eagles are on cruise control. Their goal is to not get injured for no good reason during the rest of the season

Ravens-RGIII. A banged up Ravens' D won't be able to contain him.

PatriotsThe Texan's Defense has become a little less solid. They crushed a lot of sub .500 teams and got some recognition, but haven't really faced a team that can put points on the board. Tom Brady puts points on the board.

I love both the Ravens and the Redskins, so it is almost heartbreaking to see them both play with this much on the line for either team.

I think the Ravens look pretty vulnerable to the run, but they seem to do a very good job of limiting teams to field goals despite giving up yards in chunks up to the red zone.

The Redskins still have a horrid pass defense, but it remains to be seen whether or not Flacco can get it done. If Ray Rice doesn't have a 100 yard day against a pretty good run defense, I don't think Flacco can pull it off.

The Redskins' offense is almost entirely predicated on the run-first, misdirection, deep ball game. It has burnt some very good pass defenses in recent weeks, but Ed Reed with his 60+ career interceptions may very well be RGIII's greatest challenge yet. If Alfred Morris can't reliably run for 6 yards/carry, Reed may jump a number of passes for a few opportunistic kills.

The over under on this one looks to be 47 points, but I don't see it going to that considering. Instead, I see Washington grinding out 5+ minute drives ending in field goals and the Ravens going three and out a lot with one defensive score being their only touchdown.

16-13 Washington.

Hah. In before the whistle.

So far, RG3 and Cam both had great opening drives.

Jets defense just picked up an INT in the red zone, saving some points.

Vikings with a pick 6 against Cutler!

EDIT: They called him out of bounds. But AP punched it in.

Ravens answered the Redskins quickly.

Turnover fest in Jets-Jags.

At work so not watching the actual game, but from the box stats the Panthers seem to be having their way with the Falcons.

Cam runs for 72 yard TD.

:D

You can't have a "great comeback" if you're in the lead

He saw what Andrew Luck did last week, thought it looked good, and wanted to try it for himself.

Everything's under control.

WTF. Chargers rolling the Steelers...

Henne can't throw downfield, and the receivers are back in full-on dropsies mode.

Beat the Ravens in Baltimore with Charlie Batch as QB and get destroyed by the Chargers at home with Ben back. The Pittsburgh Steelers everyone.

It's that kind of a week. The Vikings are dismantling the Bears. Two INTs, one a Pic 6, and a fumble.

Looks like Jay Cutler remembered he's Jay Cutler.

Jay Cutler keeps hitting his WRs in the hands. Apparently they don't like it cause they keep dropping it.

RG3 hurt. Kurt Cousins to the rescue?

EDIT: RG3 back in!

Replay of the hit was ouchy.

And now he's going off again.

Kind of ridiculous Intentional Grounding penalty there. If he threw the ball straight into the ground like spiking it, it's not grounding, but tossing it out of bounds is? Blah.
