NFL 2012 Week 11 Thread

Josh Freeman has an annoying tendency to throw off his back foot when pressure gets into his face. He's "good" for a couple of those a game. He threw two in the first half; both went for TDs. Regrettably, only one was to his own team. When he threw the TD (to his own guy), I actually screamed "NOOOO", as I assumed it would be picked off. Tampa's o-line today is playing like a bunch of scrubs (which they largely are at this point).

I wasn't lying about Carolina's D. It's not so bad.

Sadly, I wasn't lying about the Panthers' special teams. If anything, I was being too kind when I said they sucked.

Add me to the Henne > Gabbert bandwagon. Legion might be the only person on Earth who would turn the > to a <.

And the Texans, down by 3, fumble the ball in their own territory.

Can you tell the guys did not expect to play a real game today? : /

Not sure what Foster thought he was going to salvage out of that play. Damn.

Chad HENNE!!!

RG3, 60+ yd TD.

The Eagles D has given up.

Sucks cause I live near Washington and I'm stuck with this crap game till the end. At least I get to see the Browns beat up on Romo. Love the Browns d-line.

This game is turning into a contest to see whether Carolina or Tampa has the worse offensive line.

Fake punt? Really?

Edit: And the ball slips out of Freeman's hand on a deep pass, and it's picked. Clearly slipped; it wobbled through the air. Could have easily been a TD had he, you know, actually thrown the ball.

They're both better than Carolina's special teams.

But how about that Panthers D, eh?

f*ck me, the Texans return a punt to the 25 and then Schaub throws an INT.

Sigsbee not wearing her cute new ladies-cut Texans shirt is likely the reason for this bizarro game.

They are trying to lose?

WTF?

Justin Blackmon chooses today to stop sucking?

And now they give up an 81 yard TD on 3rd and 21. I think they ARE trying to lose.

I'll say this, win or lose: Any given Sunday. It's part of what makes this league great.

NOW WIN THIS FREAKING GAME, TEXANS!!!!!

HENNE!

Doug Martin? TD or Fumble?

GB misses another FG, from 38. Poor Crosby.

Ugh.

McCarthy is killing me.

All the talk this week was about how Detroits secondary is horrible and banged up.

So they run the ball 24 times vs 22 throws so far. I understand establishing the run but its getting ridiculous.

Total bullsh*t call. That was clearly a TD.

Yeah I think they blew it. The one angle shows him crossing the goalline entirely before the ball popped out.

Cleveland just gift wrapping things for Dallas.

shoudl have been a TD

I haven't read jowner's Barnwell article yet, but I feel like the Texans have only two tough teams remaining - Chicago and New England.

There's some at least mild cockiness for Gumbie. ;)

Come on man this ain't the NCAA. No gimme games in the NFL. ANY given Sunday.

Come on Foster. I need fantasy points, and you need to tie the game.

Randall Cobb... Wow.

Please Browns Please!!!!

f*ck this team is frustrating.

They make it seem like they can score at will vs Detroit but instead they played this confusing game plan where they might still lose this game.

Gumbie, that was all for you, baby.

Tie ball game!
