TLDR version: I still have hope for Newton, while I don't care about Stafford.

You hate white people.

*drops monocle* Now sir, I will have you now that some of my friends are white people. In fact I have hired a white cleaning lady and one of my best friends in college was half-white.

Back to football: Newton has a lot less to work with so it really was amazing when he had that great rookie year. Stafford has a good team all around him except for run-game and secondary. I can't point to any strengths on Carolina except for QB and O-line(pre-injuries).

Which is odd because I would say that traditionally, the Panther's strength, when they are a .500 or better team, has been its defense since the team's inception, no?

edit: I don't really pay attention to the sensationalism about Newton. He'll bounce back. Like was said above, he is only 23.

TEXANS ANNIHILATE THE LEWIS-LESS RAVENS, VANQUISHING THE GHOSTS OF LAST YEAR'S PLAYOFFS GAME, BREAK JACOBY JONES' LEG IN THREE PLACES AFTER HE MUFFS A PUNT THAT WE RETURN FOR A TD, THEN WIN OUT FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON AS BRIAN CUSHING (NOW ROBOCOP'ED BACK INTO ACTION AS A CYBORG) CHALLENGES JJMFWATT FOR TEAM SACK LEADER.

AND THEN WE'RE GOING TO THE WHITE HOUSE! YEEEEAARRRRGGGHHJJ!!!

So, I was pretty close.

Edit: I fail at these topics.

So you did. I am a filthy skimmer, and I accept whatever punishment you deem necessary.
