NFL 2012 Week 4 Thread

Well, New England escalated quickly.

Oh Hasslebeck.

Hope Locker is ok. Or it's going to be a long season.

Doesn't matter defense is so bad having John Elway at quarterback wouldn't help us.

It's official, the Pats stink.

NE is rolling right now.

Maybe he means the Pats defense? Bills were rolling over them for a few minutes there. Fitzpatrick looked better than Brady.

Maybe....5 turnovers for NE defense now...and offense I said was rolling. They are now flying over in jets.

Bolden 132 yards td
Ridley 106 yds 2 td

Gronk and Welker are over 100 yards today too.

Megatron's hands are malfunctioning.

The Bills turned back into the Bills in the second half. Kudos to the Pats running game and D though. The first half was really sad.

Well he's got one more chance... hail mary coming... oh, they didn't get the throw off. Doh.

Sacked on a Hail Mary. And it's not like he had lots of time, the offensive line just kind of melted.

Maybe Minnesota is good?

Texans and Falcons both working very hard today to prove that the Texans are the best team in football.

LOL. Jax INT fumbled back to the Bengals.

Stupid Bosworth.

Holy Matt Ryan, Batman.

From the 1 yard line! What a game.

Man... Champ Bailey got beat. If Palmer had thrown that better, Oakland TD.

Packers just can't buy an offensive pass interference call.

Should we put an asterisk by Brees consecutive-TD record?

Blackmon needs to catch the ball.

Oh Demaryius Thomas. Such a great play and then fumbles the ball trying to switch hands...

A lot of what you saw in the first 59 minutes of the game is why some folks (OK, me and Ryan Kalil) think the Panthers had a shot at the Super Bowl this season.

What you saw in the last 40 seconds is why I'm starting to think 8 wins will be miraculous.

Grr.

Nice 4th down run TD by Miami.

This just in! N.O still doesn't have a D.

Neither do the packers, apparently.

Not sure how the Bucs beat you that 1st game. Freeman just can't throw a pass for some reason. Must be a mental thing cause the guy does not lack effort before the game.

Blackmon finally getting going a little bit. Jacksonville desperately needs him (or any receiver) to step up as a go-to target.

Funny how Gabbert's completion percentage goes up when someone hangs onto the ball.

The OC is apparently trying to turn him into a West Coast QB, lots of quick, short throws. That's not his arm and never will be; he's never had stellar accuracy, but he throws a great deep ball and improvises really well. What did the announcers say about that offense? There's no room for improvisation.

I'd stab myself in the head at this point but, having watched Freeman's "accuracy" today, I'd be afraid I'd miss and hit the wall next to me, and I don't feel like doing drywall repair.

Also, the loss of Adrian Clayborn is hugely evident. The right side of Tampa's d-line is a dead zone today, and, with Washington's crappy offensive line, Clayborn would have been in the backfield all day.

Freeman is definitely not a West Coast passer. Reminds me of the Jags trying to turn Byron Leftwich into one. These guys are downfield passers, not quick release, timing throwers.

Joseph Morgan... 80 yards...

Wow. Defensive breakdown Arizona.

Well that sucked.

5 sacks yielded by the left guard position - first Britton, then Mike Brewster after Britton got benched.

The whole interior line needs upgrading. At least Bradfield was back at RT, ending the Whimper nightmare.

The Bucs was robbed. That seemed like an obvious forward pass on that trick play.
