NCAA 13 XBOX 2 Star Season 1 Week 9

You should have an invite back in.

Thanks mate.

I was playing my game, 9-7 in the 3rd, and left it paused for about a day. My sister-in-law came over yesterday, and shut off the XBox, killing the game. It was a good defensive battle. So it will say I restarted the game, I'm just giving the heads up.

Lies. Women dont know how to use xboxes!!!!! :p

My 2 year old turned off mine last night. He loves pushing the button and watching the light come on. He does this non stop all the time
I was winning 21-7 late in the 2nd quarter. Started up again when he went to bed. Used all 3 of my QBs and each had at least 100 yards passing. Might do the rotating more often if they continue to throw like that.

Lmao. My little brother was the same

I'll do my best to play tonight... if I dont get it done, go ahead and roll the league. I wont have internet again until Wednesday.

So, after some thought I think it might be best for me to just back out of the league. Between my move and my travel schedule for work I think I'll only be holding the league up for the next month or so. Perhaps I'll hop back in in a few seasons when my schedule calms down.

Hey, maybe you should just set your team to autopilot and play which games you can. We can roll if you don't play, but hop in when you can. We're not full, so you're not keeping anyone from a slot.

I am in the same boat and considered dropping as well. As long as they can boot us and jump back in so it all rolls than I think you're ok.

spy, you are home right? you are last to play

Yep - I didnt realize I had a game - I'll go play right now. I joined back up last night. Sorry for the delay.

And...done. FIU takes down Stanford 45-6.

Rolled yo

Fresno State beats #1 USC 27-20 in OT. It was a defensive battle in the first half as USC lead 10-3. But a spirited 2nd half with the running game up the middle draining the clock but Fresno up 20-13 with 22 seconds left. Barkley hit the TE in the middle and like an explosion my defensive just repelled away from him and let him score to tie it up. The run game was stout again and scored in the first OT and the defense held for the win.

IU beats Minnesota. It was close at first, but Indiana pulled away late in the second quarter.

Looks like we have two more games to get in.

Looks like we have Will and Leroy left to play...

I'm going to be retiring.

I'm going to make Zell commish for now. He can transfer to someone else if he doesn't want. League is rolled though

Wow. My recruiting is going very well. Picked up commits from 77 or so punter AND kicker. Likely to get a similarly-rated guard next week. Those guys could all start on this team!

So, I almost always seem to have trouble with Illinois. Not this time.

Indiana defeats Illinois 52-13. To be fair, Illinois was without their starting QB, who is a good scrambler and always causes me trouble.

HB Stephen Houston was named player of the game, rushing for 245 yards on 27 carries. IU ran up 558 yards of total offense, including 307 yards rushing. Illinois had -13 yards rushing, partly due to the 6 sacks they gave up.

IU's CB Lawrence (Larry) Barnett had 3 INTs. After the first one, the announcer said "He's close to breaking the school record for INTs in a season." Well, he now has 9 on the season and the new record.

With Leroy gone, I vote we have Zell change the name of our dynasty!!!

We need to keep playing this league...I just realized that I only have 4 seniors on the roster. I have a boatload of juniors that will graduate next year, but I'm also bringing in a great class so far (well, for a 2* school...).

Let's keep going!

I saw a couple people dropped out of the league recently. Would you guys be looking for a new member by chance?

sure...only stipulations...you have to start a new coach, and pick a school with two stars or less. Welcome aboard.

Yeah that's no problem. My gt is bar71.

Welcome, Conine. Good to have some fresh blood...er, fresh interest!

Speaking of which, with Willhouse dropping the league and SpyNavy gone, we are down to Kush and Conine to play their games.

Who did you pick to play, Conine?
