Justified thread

That was the best preview for an upcoming episode. Can't wait!

It was awesome to see Olyphant go back to the I'm a Split Hair Away From Beating You to Death mode he did so well on Deadwood, in that last scene there.

Also, you'd think everyone would have learned by now not to let Boyd start talking.

I loved that, but I thought they'd let Jim Beaver cut loose there. I hope they let his character develop a bit and he brings some Bobby Singer from Supernatural to Justified. Maybe his character will open up some once Boyd puts him in office.

I hope they deliver at the end of this season. The build-up is amazing so far.

I'm dying to see how the limehouse conflict resolves.

"Social awkwardness is often the curse of genius."

I liked how Boyd kept talking about the sheriff's "slick haircut". Dude looks like a Romulan child molester.

I can't wait Adam Arkin's guest spot, the show seems to be setting it up nicely.

I just finished watching him on Life. Looking forward to seeing him in Justified too

And the sleazy mustache makes him look like a 2nd rate pimp

Or a failed 70's male porn star.

Okay. Quarles is even creepier than I thought possible.

To say that episode was disturbing would be an understatement.

...Man...

And, natch, Boyd with the Win.

She just sassed you, son!

I really hope they don't knock off Quarles this season. The bar scene and hand puppet was amazing.

Things Raylon Givens is not good at
- Fist fights
- Marriage
- Not getting jumped by Dickie
- Outsmarting Tim

Add - Court testimonies

He obviously took lessons on expert testimony at the Lionel Hutz school of law.

Man. This show is so great.

"night night" haha

Michael Ironside! I expect a tough-guy-off for the ages!

This episode reminded me how much I enjoy the other characters in the marshal's office, and it's a shame they haven't been more involved this season.

Art is always fantastic

The two whores who helped kidnap Quarrels were great.
Really I'm just a sucker for Papillon references.

So what the hell happened to Dickie's hair? It seems to get crazier every episode.

I also liked the sly Sam Fisher reference.

"He was a husky looking guy"

The writing on this show is fantastic. Love it!

Poor Raylan, being taken advantage of by the bartender

Also, Tim is once again Time (awesome)

Edit after spam removal, and real episode seeing:

If I didn't know better (and, yes, had it not been for the last few minutes), I'd have sworn that was a season finale.

Spoiler:

I'm pretty relieved Dickie lived.

Phew, it doesn't get much better than that. Looks like the writers are in full Elmore Leonard mode leading into the finale. My only gripe would be the overuse of sets, like Quarles' trailer or in particular Boyt's bar. I mean c'mon, let these actors get some fresh air once in a while.

Spoiler:

Capping off Loretta's story the way they did was also incredibly satisfying. Raylan you softy...

I like the gentle threat at the end of that as well. A Lexus in your driveway or Van Halen playing at your birthday party. lol

A Fast Times reference is always appreciated.

Dickie Bennett has to be the most entertaining character in the entire show. I will mourn the day they kill him off.
