Justified thread

I can't see that he knows considering he didn't even know who that guy was pre-phone exposure. Remember that Boyd is with Ava. He probably wanted to make sure Miss Petite wasn't going to go get a gun and shoot them all while they were fixated on Devil's corrupter.

Hasn't it been established that Boyd Crowder knows everything?

I wonder, does Boyd know that the blond girl is an informant, why didn't he let her leave?

That was my thought as well. Boyd is cooking up a large scheme and he has plans for Limehouse.

Didn't he specifically say he had 2 messages?

I thought the message was

A) Beating of the recruiter

B) He said "appropriation of my product", i took it to mean the Frankfurt mafia guy found out about the doctor Boyd has been blackmailing for the oxy sale, the oxy that Frankfurt supplies him.

Another great episode

No drawdown this episode, but great nonetheless. I loved the beating he gave the pimp.

Hah, I laughed out loud at that one.

"Oh darn. I didn't bring a knife."

Spoiler:

I think Quarles might be gay.

Is Ethan from Lost being a jerk to womanz again?

It just keeps being awesome.

Ethan Zobelle is the head of the Detroit Mafia.

next up, Raylan Givens gets relocated to Charming.

That first half was rough to watch.

Spoiler:

The slow fall of Quarrels and the light in Duffy's eyes? Yeah, that was crazy...

Makes you wonder what he and Limehouse are up to, doesn't it?

Yes, it does.

It was an enjoyable episode, but I couldn't help but feel that it was more of a set up episode than one meant to stand on its own.

I did like how the Louisville police officer was all fanboy about Raylan throwing a bullet at Duffy.

Really enjoyed last night's episode - even if it felt like it could have been handled over at least another episode.

Spoiler:

And hey! Maybe Winona is really gone for good this time. Her character has always rubbed me the wrong way so I'll be really happy if she's gone.

While Winona is not my favorite character, i like the complexities she brings out in Raylan. They could've just used her as a Mary Jane to Raylan's Spiderman, allowing him avenues to say "I's justified" to everyone's cheers. instead she's acted as a bit of an anchor, keeping him from becoming a one dimensional cop.

Spoiler:

I love the completely believeable and altogether false conclusion quarrels drew that Raylan was either a crooked cop or in Boyd's back pocket. That will cause some excitement going forward until Raylan inevitably finds out about Quarrels's sleeveguns.

I really hope that the showdown between Quarrels and Raylan don't have the slider jamming. But I also don't think it's necessarily going to be those two facing off, I could totally see Duffy or Boyd trying to take him out. Not sure how that would end, but it'd be justified ;)

They seem to be hinting at it.

I think it's going to happen but not against Raylan.

Every week, this is the only show now that SAMCRO is off that I actively plan time to watch.

Here is my prediction

Spoiler:

Quarreles is getting set up by Limehouse. I don't by the back the winner mentality, in fact it flies in the face of the speech he gave the younger thug who wanted "run sheet"

Last night felt a bit rushed but even so, this is the only series that I cant think of a bad episode my beloved reapers even had a few bad apples in the mix.

I'm still surprised they can deliver such strong stories even with a 12 episode season. Each season so far has been fantastic, it really amazes me some of the decisions that get made in the stories.

Last episode reminded me of some of the more tense episodes of The Shield, with the protagonist being thrown into one hopeless situation after another, before eventually working free.

Tim and Art add such flavor to this show...

I find it very amusing that Wynne Duffy watches Mythbusters

Loved the scene with the two detectives. "Deputy, that might be the coolest thing I've ever laid ears on. Still gunna have to arrest you, though."

Yeah I think at this point the sleeve gun jam is inevitable. They bring it up way to many times, and now that Quarrels is digging into his own stash of drugs I can only imagine he is going to start getting sloppy.

I just got caught up last night. Tim's exchange with Raylan where Tim said he'd "go all Raylan..." cracked me the f*ck up...

Lots of great stuff in that episode, but I have to admit that I was kinda disappointed the frame job fell apart as quickly as it did.

BTW, It's spelled "Quarles".
