NFL 2011 Conference Championship Round

F-ing kickers.

Weren't both his feet on the ground when he had controll of the ball? What a crazy game.

Oh

GO GIANTS!!!!!!! It's game time baby!

And yeah, Steven Tyler should not have been singing the national anthem. He has no voice left.

Yeah, I guess it was that rough a loss.

PieFace time.. Condolences in advance Niner fans..

Wife grumbled but made her stay to the end of the game. Holy excrement. What a miss.

Vernon Davis, woo!

Two things from the Raven's game - 1. That was SO a touchdown for Evans, he had control, had two feet down, halfway turned around to celebrate and then the ball was knocked out. I'd like to hear the explanation on how that wasn't a touchdown. 2. I can't believe they missed that field goal to go into overtime. Stunning.

Dammit I am sick of the Giants fans in Candlestick chanting Cruuuuuuuz.

So what's the over/under on Victor Cruz hitting like 300 yards receiving in this game?

Just checking.

He is basically unstoppable

Aw man, that was a punt return TD, and he just fell down.

Why did Phillips run up to the LoS on that play? Why not gift wrap it for Davis while you're at it. Also nice to see Davis NOT getting flagged for being an idiot. /sarcasm

Happened last week too. I was shocked by how easy it was to hear.

What's the difference between Joe Buck & Troy Aikman, and 2 guys horribly announcing a sporting event?

Answer: Tim McCarver.

*EDIT*
On a serious note, I hope T.Brown is ok.

Whew. That was scary. Defense is too good, they both had that INT.

Sadly we saved Eli from himself with that collision. That was that one really bad pass he makes a game where you're like "what the hell was he thinking?"

Even walking off the field he did not look good. Broken rib maybe. It looked pretty scary there for a moment though.

SF is starting to take this game over. Worries me that the Giants were held scoreless in the 3rd quarter.

Is it time for the new Captain Comeback to bring the Giants back from the dead yet again?
Eli-Time > Tebow-Time

wtf.. was he thinking on that punt.. that is a TD.

Oh jeez. If they overturn this, we're going to have really missed having Ted Ginn Jr today.

Nah they blew it dead. It will be Giants ball where they recovered.

It looks like giants just got a freebie.

Did the refs and the NFL's moronic rule book just steal a TD from the Giants in the second biggest game of the year?

True.. still its boneheaded...especially if it leads to points.

Did the ref just lie about the rules after reviewing the play?!?!?!

Yep it could cost them the game.

Corner blitz looks great when you get a sack, but pretty stupid when you give up a wide open 1st down. Oh well. I guess I'd rather play aggressive. It's got us this far.

Considering the announcers clearly stated the rule about not advancing the kick before the replay was done, no, it sounds like the rules were pretty known. Just like the fumble in the earlier game by the Ravens that can't be fumbled forward. NFL has a rule for everything.
