NFL 2011 Week 9

Nightmare picked the Browns over the Texans? Fo' real?

At this rate, the Texans will score 56.

Bah, missed the thread again. Someone forgot to link in the old one.

What the hell is with KC this year? They are terrible/great from week to week it seems. Miami has them down 14-3 now.

And... poor Colts... 21-0 early in the 2nd.

And go Niners! Akers 52yd FG.

WHY DID I NOT PLAY JULIO JONES

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME

Really? LeGarrette Blount punches someone?

Yeah, I didn't see the thread without a link either. Went looking for it after our game started.

It wasn't a punch, just an open handed shove against a guy's facemask.

49ers win! But I feel stupid for not playing Akers in one of my fantasy leagues.

I was going to say that it was nice to see the Bills being relevant again. But then I watched the game. Oy.

There continues to be no doubt that Brian Dawkins is a man. Hyper extended knee: out for 2 plays. Wow.

What? You've never made a crap pick before?

I have, but you picked against my team: Had to razz ya!

It's because you picked against his precious Texans.

Wow. The late games were way better than the early ones. Giants, Cardinals, Broncos... everyone making comebacks late.

And the other 2 games were only 7 points. Sheesh.

Well that Cardinals win felt anticlimactic. Soon as RedZone switched over for the OT, boom, done.

Tim Tebow just wins!!

That was an exciting afternoon of late games.

Clearly a helmet to helmet hit by Ray Lewis on Hines Ward... no flag.. just get rid of the rule if you arent going to throw it consistently

edit

And the Steelers just got called for it..maddening..

Bullsh*t call.

IT WAS AMAZING HOW HE RETURNED THAT PICK FOR A TD AND STILL HAD THE ENERGY TO BRING A PUNT BACK TO THE END ZONE.

How does the league let Pittsburgh get away with always having such a crappy field? I swear every time I watch a game at their stadium the field condition is totally awful. It looks like they are running on green panted sand out there.

How does the Big East allow it for Pitt college games either? It sucks.

And the main reason is because they allow all the high schoolers to play there too. It gets hammered to death around state tournament time and is terrible.

Uh... should have kicked that FG, Steelers.

GIVE ME YOUR TEARS PITTSBURGH!

Aaaaand game. My god that was a crazy second half.

Woot.

Dude, I picked the Texans. Unless you are a secret Browns fan?

To all you folks who doubted my Ravens:

SUCK IT!!

Nice last-minute comeback by Manning Brady Manning.

That more than made up for the Bills-Colts game I watched earlier.

Spoiler:

Boy oh boy does the Pats D stink.

This has been true for a while. Ever since they made it impossible to get away with mugging the hell out of receivers past five yards, the Pats haven't been able to defend the pass at all.

Who returned a pick for a TD? You must have been in your happy place day dreaming about Tebow or something.

But while on the subject of Tebow, how about those two TD throws he did make or those 117 yards of rushing? He may not last long running like this every game, but as another person said on the Denver Post website -- he's hit less while running than he is staying in the pocket.

Well they also mentioned during the game that he's 3rd overall in wins since his rookie season, behind his brother and Brady. That's not a bad place to be.
