I need your 360 help!

My PS3 recently suffered a breakdown and I've decided to go with a shiny new Halo Reach 360. My gaming schedule usually starts around midnight CST during the week, and I mainly play online games. I REALLY dislike gaming with the general public, and am looking for what games to pick up to play with you fine folks. I have a gamefly account, so I don't really mind trying out anything...
Suggestions?
First suggestion is to watch the threads each day, and see which online console games' threads stay at the top.
My guesses for the popular 360 online games here, for the near future: Halo (somewhat), Medal of Honor (somewhat), Bad Company 2 (old but hanging in there), Call of Duty (very), Gears 2 (pops up now and again, 3 will be huge), Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (maybe? future is clouded).
Oh, and most people here are in bed by 1am Eastern.
