User Interface Design for an In-House developed Team Coordination Platform
Once again I'm appealing to the great GWJ hive mind; I'd greatly appreciate a recommendation for a couple of SW or sites that could get me out of a bind.
After almost a year of negotiations, I've been finally granted the budget to create a platform that will help me plan, coordinate and measure the efficiency of my team. What's been authorized is web-based, SharePoint-dependent platform that will connect to various existing platforms throughout the company and I'm to pitch to Top Brass next week a quick dummy of what the platform could do.
I'm looking for a program or site that will allow me to do really quick mock-ups of how the platform could look like. It doesn't have to be anything fancy; aesthetically or price-wise. I just need a visual aid that will help sell the idea.
Any recommended software?
So far I've found Mockup Screens and I'm giving the free trial a test-run.
Hope you guys can help!

You might give Balsamiq a try. They may be Goodjers, judging by the second-to-last picture on the right.
m0nk3yboy:To quote a McElroy, he Supermaned the sh*t out of me on the handlebars. He bleeped the bleep, out of my bleep, bleep bleep, bleep, bleep. That man has STAMINA!
Steam | XBL
There is also iPlotz.
I second Balsamiq.
We used to do all our mockups in Visio but it had a fairly steep learning curve and was expensive to license.
Balsamiq (even the free version) is really nice.
So your solution HAS to be Sharepoint? If not, I would suggest something like Atlassian's JIRA/Fisheye/Crucible setup. It's worked wonders for my small team. Sharepoint can be clunky and difficult for smaller teams.
