Achewood is a favorite of mine.
Two that made me chuckle - http://achewood.com/index.php?date=08162006

And the beginning of one of the greatest storylines of all time. The Great Outdoor Fight (GOF).

Schlock Mercenary is my favorite.

Happens to everyone. Showed this to half a dozen people and every one of them is an addict now.

Hah! a friend of mine just turned me on to this comic. Still going through the old ones, but I'm liking it so far.
I usually read:
www.userfriendly.org
www.licd.com and www.lfgcomic.com (same guys, similar look)
www.samandfuzzy.com
As well as xkcd, PA, and CAD, which have already been mentioned. Though CAD has been steadily losing my interest for a while now. I kinda don't care whether I read it or not at this point.
www.girlgeniusonline.com is also one of my favorites, though I need to get caught up on it.
A conversation with Goodjer the IRC bot.
Peron- Goodjer enjoys cartoon bewbs
Goodjer- Peron: sh*t was on the cartoon.
Peron- That's just nasty.
Asz- Goodjer: sh*t boobs?
Goodjer- Asz:I like boobs and technology... Now if only there were more boobs.
sigh, im up to 257, and I actually have some work coming in that I'm not doing. 1000 curses on you!

You read VG Cats every day? How many of those days are you bitterly dissapointed in the fact that there hasn't been a new comic for a month?
Steam: Dysplastic
What? Nobody mentioned Wondermark? My advice: start with the pirahnamoose comics: http://wondermark.com/tag/piranhamoose/
Most days.

I'm more pained by the fact that those don't update ever.

193. How the heck can they keep the sexual tension going for 1600 strips? And what would the strip be without it?

Ya, I'm really worried for Marten. Every girl thinks he's cute, then wants to grab his "bottom", but he never gets anywhere (reminds me of my early love life i suppose).
I'm on 335, and bookmarked it I need to stop for today.

Most of my dailies have already been mentioned, but I don't think that Digger, Darths and Droids, or DM of the Rings have been.
Steam
Darths and Droids is a must. Seeing Jar-Jar as the invention of a little girl dragged to the roleplaying table by an older sibling . . . hilarious.
I'm pretty fond of http://www.partiallyclips.com/index.php; it got really spotty for a while, but somebody new picked it up and it's going again.

I can't believe no one's mentioned The Abominable Charles Christopher yet. Shame on you all; it's the best webcomic out there (although very serial and certainly in a different vein than most).
And maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anyone mention Order of the Stick yet. Another great one, although very verbose. I think Marsman is a big fan.
Sinfest can be pretty funny from time to time, as can Least I Could Do.
Although it's aimed at a younger sect, I enjoy The Dreamland Chronicles — although maybe that's because I have a little girl of my own now; it hits me right in that sappy spot.

What no Freakangels?
http://www.freakangels.com/
It is a Warren Ellis comic set in a sort of post-apocalyptic London, where the apocalypse was most likely brought about by the main characters who are various sorts of telepaths and mechanical geniuses.
