Ninja Gaiden Demo

I'm impressed with the smooth gameplay, the graphics aren't as stellar as the screenshots made them out to be, but you can tell it's an Xbox Only game.

Oh yeah, and is razor smooth. The camera is good. One thing I kinda feel for them on is the running on walls and jumping / swinging. You can see why everyone flipped out about the animation in POP, because POP's is a little better.

What did you think? have to go baby fighting me for comput-

I''m not sure if I''m going to check the demo out or not. I''ve been really avoiding all the media surrounding the game and I don''t know if I want to have my first taste with the demo or wait for the real deal.

There is a playable demo now? Maybe they should have spent the time getting the game out without multiple delays instead of making a demo.

I''m with Certis, I usually stay away from demos/previews/etc of games I will probably buy.

I was very impressed with the xbox magazine demo, and this isn''t even the kind of game I usually enjoy.

Decapitations, showers of blood, 50 hit combos with bladed nunchucks, nice splotchy-thunky sword-on-flesh sounds, all in an ultra smooth framerate.

I thought the graphics were pretty stellar. There was a high level of polish throughout the game.

My 11 yr old is sold on the game. Will probably be getting it unless it somehow bombs on the reviews.

It really is a mix between Otogi and POP.

The graphics are really good and smooth, but nothing about them really knocked me out.

Otogi is more impressive looking, but this one seems much more fun.

The camera on the demo was annoying to me and jumping puzzles piss me off. I have a mind block against liking these sort of games, but somehow POP was fun to me.

I haven''t bought an Xbox game since October''s Morrowind GOTY edition. I have resisted buying Gotham II, DXII, and BG II.

But I must have Ninja Gaiden!!

Don''t know how you resisted buying Gotham II. People here at work won''t stop yapping about it.

I''m still playing gaiden 1, 2, and 3 on the emulators, so I''m going to have to have this one.

Besides, we won''t be getting shinobi on Xbox, or anthing DOA for awhile, so this will have to do.

As long as its better than tao feng.....
