"there stuff rox"

Several years ago (2004 or thereabouts), after reading one too many idiotic forum posts (not here, of course) and/or "customer reviews" on EB, I channeled an alter ego, Aaron Sopwatch, and together with his friend Jace, they created this page. Aaron and Jace got distracted and their site languished. Plus, Aaron's mom had to return her computer to Rent-a-Center.
Fast forward five years. Aaron has finally graduated from the local community college. He doesn't have a Facebook or Twitter account (he says he "can't afford the subscription" ??) but he is thinking about starting a blog/game review site and wants to know if "anyone will read it." I told him, I seriously doubted it.

Needs better graphix and less caps.
I'll read yours if you read mine... actually make that: i'll read yours if you write insightful commentary on the games industry/games you've played.

I know, it's sad that I never gave a damn about Tim Tebow. And he never gave a damn about me.
Feels kinda like a ripoff of Jeff K from Something Awful.

Hehe, I did the same thing back then. I had a couple different alter egos I wrote as across a couple of different sites (my longest running being Tom Falco). But it's a schtick that's hard to be original with. Like DrJonez pointed out, most of them just come off as Jeff K ripoffs.
Except...this predates Jeff K by nearly a year...hmmm.
Jeff K was around as early as 1999, if not earlier.
nexst.
