I'm not a fan of Sessler's, by any means, but this just supports my case that most of what's sh*tty about X-Play is G4's fault, not his. This is just classic: "...sit down, and take a deep breath, and while your mouth is open, stick your dick in it - that way, I don't have to hear from you, and you can finally find a little satisfaction."

Supposedly (if you believe Garnett Lee and the 1UP Yours/Listen UP crew), Sessler is a really smart guy when it comes to games and games journalism. He just has a persona on G4 that is unfortunately a little on the douchy side. Regardless, that was all kinds of awesome.

I think my favorite part is the moment where he calls the one guy a delusional f*ck. That's the moment where the all the built up anger really starts to flow

If you guys subscribe to Sessler's Soapbox video podcast, you'll see that Adam is one of the smartest people in the industry (no kidding). Yes, he doesn't come off as very serious on G4, but he's forced to act that way to make him more appealing "for the masses." This guy is really passionate about both games and the games industry.

Oh my god! I haven't watched that show in a while, but I was an avid viewer back when it was on Tech TV and it was known as Extended Play. He has morphed from a skinny Morgan-leg-humper into a pretty cool guy. For a bit it was like he was channeling Richard Lewis, tapping his forehead as he ranted.

Thanks for spewing fanboy venom right back at 'em, Adam!

He wants a message board with mature, intelligent debates on games. Gee I think I've heard of a website like that, but I just can't think of the name...

How much did GWJ pay to you to insinuate that this was a mature message board with intelligent debate about games?

Yeah the issue with that it is a douche bag telling me that another guy is not a douche bag.

I use to watch xplay when it was Adam and that other girl. I forget her name... anyway I actually use to like xplay but I got tired of the gags and skits in between game reviews.

Thanks for posting Sinatar. I need more stuff to listen to at work.

I agree with LockandLoad, but to be honest I do not watch g4 anymore.

I clicked on a link after that to watch another video about Left 4 Dead, and remembered why I don't watch G4. I like their presenters fine, but they seriously need to hire an editor that doesn't have ADD. Unmotivated cuts to camera zooms in the middle of sentences is not edgy, it's just dumb.

You would have to torture me to even consider signing up on the G4 message boards. This video is primo example #1. I love it when Adam Sessler rants like that.
