20 Insanely Modded PCs

Found this link on Blue's News today and I just had to share because these are just too badass. They're all apparently fully functional PCs.

I like the Doom3 one because it reminds me of the Castle Greyskull toy I had when I was young. The batmobile is pretty cool, and the suspended one is inventive but probably not that difficult compared to the others. It may not be as "Insane" enough for this list, but I like the classic NES PC case.
The build thread for the DOOM3 case in at the hardforum.com The guy is god like when it comes to building cases.

AWESOME!

Thanks for standin' still Wanker!
-XBox Gamertag: Tempest Blaze (Without the Y)
I loved the recycling bin mod...and then I saw the trash can one. Besides the first one being a little creepy, those were all really cool.

Nice pics. The Steampunk case was my favorite.
"History is'a made at night! Character is what you are in the dark!" - Lord John Whorfin
I think the Hulk case wins the creativity contest. It actually looks like he's tearing it apart.
As far as quality though, the Doom 3 case wins, with the Batmobile in close second. I was one who followed the Doom 3 case build thread on Hardocp from relatively early on. Awesome stuff.

I don't imagine master craftsmen leaping away from completed projects and shouting "Done, motherf*ckers! - 1Dgaf
I love the steampunk, but my inner 7 year old is screaming "OPTIMUS PRIME!"
Requires 2 non-replaceable LR41 button cell batteries for the monkey (included)
I thought the trash can one looks ultra-functional. The only problem I could see would be heat, but having casters on your PC would be great for moving around the house or long moonlit walks on the beach.
But my aesthetic sense screams 'Steampunk for the win!', particularly if its water-cooled.

The steampunk one is inspired, but making the monitor match would be tricky.
I'd love to see the R2 one hooked up to one of the R2 projectors.

Better yet would be if the case were C-3PO hooked up to the R2 projector. I thought about the other way around, but Leia didn't ask for help by leaving a holographic message on C-3PO.

Lmao, the last one is awesome.

The wood mod PC is something I can really get behind. Dig the quiet features.

This makes me want to have access to the universities CNC mill before my next build. The possibilities are endless....and awesome.
