Regardless of arcane magiks used to display the content, I thought the rock and roll nerd song was fantastic.

Cool. I noticed we had a youtube tag, but I'd been shoving the whole url in between the tags.

It just seemed like there was nothing "new" to his material. Almost as if I've heard it all before.
Edit: But at the same time, he does have very good stage presence. If he could ever come up with some good material, he would truly kick ass.

Its not that I have heard those exact jokes before, it's just that it seems like all his material was based off of some template on how to make a good song/joke.

I'm a big fan of Tim Minchin. I came across him randomly on Youtube a few months back. Rock and Roll Nerd and Not Perfect are great songs.
Also, youtube tag! Kickass!
Meh, Bill Bailey is my preference for surreal music-comedy hi-jinx
