Is it OK to post For Sale threads?

I was doing a little spring cleaning today and came across a few older PC games that I'm thinking about selling. I've never noticed anybody else posting a For Sale thread and didn't read anything about it in the Rules of Conduct.
There's a Trading Post thread in the Everything Else forum. That's typically where the For Sale stuff ends up.
