AoC PVE - Guild leadership

Hey one of you guys who are playing on this bad boy needs to step up and either nominate a leader or nominate yourself.
Who wants to run point on this server?
I don't want to nominate for a server I wont be spending the bulk of my time on.

Based on the findings of the report, my conclusion was that this idea was not a practical deterrent for reasons which at this moment must be all too obvious.

I say we start with Anarchy and see how things go from there.
Whoever hits 20 first creates Legion of the Broken Oar and invites all known Goodjers and makes them officers and we see what happens.
Until we hit the point of creating a guild city, I don't think it really matters too too much.

I'm starting as a guardian, the character's name will be Dolzer. I'll be wanting to do group questing as early and often as possible, so anyone who wants a tank on your side, add me to your friends lists in game until we get the guild up and running.

Yep, level 20 required to form a guild. I'll be playing either an assassin or some sort of mage, necromancer probably, to start. I was reading though that there are limited spots for guild cities (like 9 per server) so there will be a rush for first grab. And after that, you have to defend your city on a weekly basis to keep another guild from taking it over. Given our tendency to be laid-back (which I'm all for), the guild city thing-a-ma-gig maybe pie in the sky depending what the guild competition is like.
I'll be in for the fun and slaughter, whatever our guild level ends up being.

Sounds like you're getting Battle Keeps and Guild Cities confused.
They are somewhat similar except Guild Cities are unattackable but don't add quite as much awesomeness to the guild.

Our Progress as of Saturday Night (5/17), about midnight eastern on Wiccana:
Valleja (Demonologist): Level 14
Suhn (Guardian): Level 14
We played together and did some quests until we hit 8th level each. Then we split for the Destiny Quests. We both went as far as we could, until we got the "See Trainer (at level 15)" quest, where we both had to stop.
We'll be back in Tortage, knocking off quests together.. probably for at least another level or two (get a little buffer), before trying to finish the Destiny.
It should be noted that together, we took on the White Sands in EPIC mode (at around level 7), which was quite fun, and certainly a little more challenging. We had to use some cautious play, dividing enemies, but the loot drops were definitely better.

Didn't get to play as much as I would've liked today but my Conqueror is lvl 10 as of tonight. His name is Jozak for those who want to make a friend or for whomever starts the guild.

I hit bedtime and level 18.5. I got to the last quest in the Acheron Ruins and couldn't solo it (there is a group with 2 healers and a melee dps, and I couldn't burn down one of the healers fast enough).
I should be 20 earlyish tomorrow morning (or today, whatever it is
)
I kept checking for Legion of the Broken Oar in the guild lists, but it never appeared

Tonight (this morning) at 3:11AM PST I (Dolzer) hit level 20! I created Legion of the Broken Oar immediately, so we're open for business!
