Pacer is the name of the federal district court system that allows for online filings and such. We use it to get some of our content here at the Daily Planet. However, they're updating the software and this latest version breaks our hooks to get the content.

We've got some questions out there, but this is the federal government and tomorrow is Friday. I'm not sanguine about getting a response before Monday and I'd rather not have us down for the whole weekend if we don't have to be.

Does anyone have any technical resources that would give us some help in determing exactly what was changed in the latest upgrade from 3.1.1 to 3.2.1?
