I'm posting this in a new thread in case it gets lost in the other ones. If you have a Gamestop, Best Buy or Amazon code, you are able to register for your official account and link your goodies. You can also pay in advance for the May 14th early download / 3 day headstart option as well as setup all recurring payments.
If your credit card is still pending "payment" you can still start downloading by clicking this link as of today.
As a general mmorpg rule, I go for the least popular pre-game item. Mammoth shmammoth!

I heard you can have both, but can't confirm. All you need to do is pre-order from a Best Buy, get the code, cancel pre-order. But that's just a rumor!

Online. I originally ordered two copies on one invoice. They sent me one code. I complained with no respose. I canceled and put in two separate orders, I received two codes in the email about a week later. I had to send a couple more "reminder" emails to them I hadn't received them yet.

I have a mammoth, and I'm assuming I'll be able to buy a different mount in game so I'm not to worried. I would like the rhino for the speed, but I'm to lazy to cancel and preorder from best buy.
I finally got my card from EB - I had to hunt it down. I will be registering my Mammoth this evening.

From what I read all the mounts will be attainable later on in the game. The preorder just lets you have one sooner than what you would normally be able to get it.
Speaking of pre-orders, have any Canadians managed to get Best Buy preorder? My local BB pretends they never heard of the game and claim May 20th as the date they'll have it.

I find the link from the Producers, but the pre-order mounts will be unique compared to anything that will be available in game.
They will have other Rhino's and Mammoths but none will be like the ones available from pre-order.
Also it is important to note while you do not get the mount until lvl 40 you will get the saddle bags at launch. From my experiences so far they will be beyond valuable to have.

I pre-ordered in store at gamestop, and havn't heard anything about a pre-order code yet... have all the codes been delivered? Should I be calling gamestop and asking what's up?

I'm thinking of canceling both my pre-orders. Gamestop has to ship to Canada, and knowing how slow everything takes it could be 2-4 weeks before I get the games delivered I'm sure. Especially knowing I'd be stuck at level 20 until I finally got my CD key, I guess it makes sense.
I'm assuming the code should be ok - I already created both accounts and attached the pre-order mammoth codes, etc.

I went in to best buy and picked up a preorder box for 10 bux.
It has the code in it. And on release day i can bring the receipt in and get 10 bux off a copy.
They don’t reserve or hold one for me. They really don’t understand the concept of pre-order and reservations.
They are a lot like Budget rent a car in that regard. They are all good at taking the reservations, just not keeping the reservations.

If you ordered from a brick and mortar store - go to the store and ask for the preorder code - its a little card - about the size of a 5x7 picture. I had to go and beat them up a bit. Most stores should have theirs by now.

So I preordered the collectors addition for some odd reason, I never get these, and got my preorder card but it is for the war mammoth and makes no mention of collector addition goodies.
Anybody else preorder a collectors addition and if so did you get a special key instead of the standard mount card?
i ordered the CE version as well. All I got was the card - my understanding is that once you get the full game - you type /claim and you get the rest of your "stuff" associated with the CE version.
Edit - if you are talking about the physical schwag - I got some little art book thing from EB and the rest is supposed to come with the actual game.
