This Monday, I was working late, and on my way home I stopped at a Gamestop that I know the people pretty well at. Good bunch of guys and better than waiting in traffic...

Anyways, I was picking up GTA IV that night, so I hung out for the free capri sun, and chatted with the manager about FES, which is a must buy that is infinitely better than the original Persona 3.

I also had a secret motive - I was looking for the dolts who would traiding in pure gold for the GTA IV they would get at midnight. I was waiting for some good deals, but until one guy, the pickings were slim. He was trying to trade up his preorder to the collector's edition of GTA. I heard "we don't take ps1 games." and sprang immediately, and asked if i could have a look. He said sure, and on the bottom of his stack was a MINT condition Final Fantasy 7. I asked what he wanted, and he said "what will you give me for it?"

I knew then and there, it was mine. I frowned, said "I think the original is like 30 dollars more than the greatest hits version on ebay." He said "I really want that lockbox." I said cool, I'll give you the twenty bucks. He said "ok" and we went outside to make the swap. I gave him 25 bucks and he BEAMED, went inside and upgraded.

I went back to my car and stored my prize, and tried to act like it was no big deal.
