The initial indication is suicide, but the ME better make sure to cross the t's and dot the i's since EVERYONE suspects foul play.
There is only an up or down--up to a man's age-old dream, the ultimate in individual freedom consistent with law and order--or down to the ant heap totalitarianism,... those who would trade our freedom for security have embarked on this downward course.

It's hard out here for a pimp.

You can always tell it's more than a cry for help when they commit suicide by two gunshots in the back of the head.

Hell of a non sequitur there, considering she hung herself.

Died in a trailer park in Florida? I guess crime really doesn't pay.
I nearly posted this earlier, I'm just not sure where to go with it. Sure as hell sounds like foul play, the article I saw had a quote from her specifically regarding her NOT wanting to commit suicide. It referenced her employee who committed suicide and then quoted her saying, "Well I guess I'm just made of stronger stuff."
Hmmm, that's interesting. The initial abcnews.com article contained the quote
Now that is gone and it says
And within hours of the news breaking, a guy who interviewed her is out saying she told him multiple times she was going to kill herself? I'm trying very very hard not to think the worst here, but it's not easy.

Life is hard. David Vitter gets to keep his senate seat and she gets to play sacrificial victim for the criminal justice system instead. I doubt it's a conspiracy, given that no one was in a rush to go after any of her clients anyways.

I understand and I can agree with that, but I'm just so cynical it's hard for me to believe that she wasn't killed.
And remember, the Japanese aren't commercially whaling. They're conducting "research". Like "researching how delicious this whale is". - Paleocon
I've actually been expecting her to "commit suicide" for quite a while now. She had too much dirt on too many powerful people, and is a tough enough type that she would use that information to hit them back for making her a scapegoat. That made her dangerous to them.
