Kam (prot warrior) would love to spend some more time in Kara. Unfortunately I'm only available Wednesday evening and possibly Sunday evening (both after 8 server). My times should get more flexible next week I hope.

I'll be there for Gruul again with my BM spec hunter.

Other than that, Tuesday is definitely a no go, what with GTA4 and all. Maybe Wednesday too. But honestly, I can make myself available for any 10 man run more or less any night between Wednesday and Saturday (or during the day on Saturday too) as long as I know in advance what day it will be. On the weekdays I get home between 6:30 and 7 PM server time, and can run anytime after that, and again, any time on Saturday works too. I would like to try to keep it to one night total this week other than Sunday for Gruul, though.

As for run preference, a full Kara clear would be excellent as everyone there aside from Moroes and Nightbane has upgrades for me, and, of course, every little badge I can earn brings me closer to my precious. (93 or so to go!)

So yeah, let me know when and what you'd like me to run, and I'll make it happen.

Absolutely in for Gruul's (and maybe a first try at Mags) Sunday night.

Friday night or Saturday night (but not both) I could also do a raid, either Kara or ZA (if I get the +81 healing enchant for my weapon, I'm hedging right at the 1500 +healing minimum for ZA; I think I can snag the mats for that this week, and I've kept myself nice and stocked with elixirs and will get another flask or two if I have the spare cash). I definitely need the second "half" of Kara still, as most of those encounters still have drops/quests for me. Heck, I could still use the boots from Moroes as well.

I'll jump into anything regardless, it's a blast adventuring with the gang.

Yeah, I was just reading about that over at BigRedKitty. Since we have so much physical DPS going on, at least for Gruul it would be quite helpful to have that particular buff happening. They say you need over 500 (closer to 600) agility going on to make that really be helpful though, which means you probably would only want to be using that spec in a 25 man context. Of course, you might be able to find a good PvP/Raiding combo spec in survival that could make it worth the effort to keep it more permanently.

That BRK post also reminded me that it might be worth pointing out that the BM group wide buff, Ferocious Inspiration, gets applied to ALL damage types, so it might be good to stack powerful caster types like Nuka in with the BM hunters if there aren't other better buffs they could be getting in other groups. (With 3 points in FI and a pet that is staying alive and in the fight, each BM hunter provides their group with a 3% stacking damage boost. So with 2 BM hunters with a full 3 point FI, the entire group's damage can effectively be boosted by 6%, 3 hunters 9%, and so on.)

Well, I certainly don't have the gear needed, and the SV tree is definitely the least popular hunter spec because of the stiff gear requirements and less obvious benefits. Even still, though, many people do make it work, and with a raid like we had yesterday (6 hunters, 3 rogues, etc) GWJ certainly has enough physical DPS going on that even the raid wide 125 AP boost that a SV hunter with 500 agility would provide could be more than worthwhile.

Anyway, we should probably start another thread if we really care to discuss hunter raiding theory -- don't want to sidetrack this thread.

River can heal Gruul on sun. ZA and Kara any night but thursday and sat during the day. I turn into a pumpkin at 10 pm server most nights except friday and saturday.

Smithy would do Gruul again on sunday and would try Mag after that if we can down Gruul quickly

Well, gotta make a correction: Friday's out. Alaysha's daughter has what appears to be her last concert of the year to perform in at school that night, we just found out tonight. So obviously we're going to be there and unavailable. Count me in for either Thursday or Saturday if you guys get something going (Thursday if we start at 8pm, I can't make it earlier).

TrollSlayer is in for anything (kara full run/ZA/Gruul's/SSC/Mags/whatever), any night but the 5th (as my house is being packed up, and I'll have to switch to the less-than-idealic laptop.

While the T4 chest from Mag is definitely nice for some people to have, Gruul's still has the majority of actual upgrades for people.

I know our warrior and pally tanks will all want the ALD shield, and all hunters and melee dps will likely want the Spine Trophy - both are extremely huge pieces of gear, and will make a very large impact to continuing onto T5. Meanwhile, we are able to get 6 pieces of T4 gear from Gruul's Lair, while only 3 from Mag.

While my availability is unknown thus far, it's still my believe we should first get the gear we know we can get, and use the extra time to head into Mag to start learning the encounter. If we happen to get some of the crucial gear this week, we can then likely start shifting our focus on 25man content elsewhere (Mag and possibly SSC/TK to jump to T5).
