This afternoon, I walked through the electronics section of a local Target and noticed the "sale" tag but there were no copies to be had. About 10 minutes later I walked by again and it was fully stocked. It might be worth asking a staff-person, if the shelves appear empty.
That's assuming you have the $30 (and the time) to spend, of course.

I bought SINS at Best Buy for $30. The sticker prices was $40 but it rang up at the cash for $30. Had a 10% off coupon and a $5 off coupon so it came to $23 after tax
