I still haven't bought this game because friends I have who bought it say there is no one online playing anymore.....is this true? or is the Warhawk community still going strong? Someone please clarify this for me because if there are lots of people who still play then i will pick it up off of the PS store on Friday.

Well I still own Warhawk and I'm on my PS3 a lot due to MLB '08 The Show. If I see a bunch of goodjers online, I'll jump into Warhawk.

We should try a scheduled game night, how about this Wednesday (4/16) at 6pm PST? Good night to release our inner tax rage.

The only game I play on PSN is Warhawk, so timezone gods willing, I'm game. Mind you, I'm not that often on the PS3.

Just saw the event for Warhawk tomorrow night. I've been looking forward to actually trying this game (another one I bought but never played). Assuming I don't space out completely tomorrow and forget I'll look to join in (also assuming I can figure out how to actually FIND and get into the game on the PS3).

So was 10:00 Eastern too late? By the time I got the PS3 update and the Warhawk 1.3 update everybody was logged off. I tried joining jonny's game and almost got in but it bailed out saying game ended. I setup a private server named "GWJ" for a bit (15 minutes?) while I screwed around to refamiliarize myself with the controls but got bored and went away. I'll try again in a little while but stuff like this makes me really appreciate the relative "elegance" of the XBL implementation.

I really would like to try this game out with some goodjers.

I joined a public server last night and at one point saw jonnypolite was in-game - so I guess that counts as playing against/with goodjers

This was my first time with the game and it does seem like alot of fun. I'm horrible with the Warhawks though. I'm still trying to use the SixAxis motion controls and I think I'll need alot more practice to "get it". Hopefully we can get a small group here interested in a few games.

Anyone played with either of the "booster" packs? Is the content worth the few bucks?

I'm up for it - tonight? I have to warn you though I still fly a Warhawk like I'm drunk or asleep (or both). I might try switching off the SixAxis motion controls for a bit.
