You are what you eat, so tell me what you are. I'll start:
Breakfast: a banana and a bowl of plain yogurt with strawberries
Lunch: a plate of lima beans and rice
Snack: a handful of pistachios and a few dates
Dinner: a spinach salad with mushrooms, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion, with toasted focaccia on the side
Snack: walnuts with a bit of honey drizzled over them

Lunch: Muffin, iced tea
Dinner: Pulled BBQ Chicken wrap with Ceaser salad
evening snack: Cup of coffee with 2 shots espresso.
This desk job does not consume much energy, but an at-work chef is always awsome.

Breakfast: nonfat blackberry yogurt and strawberry high protein slimfast shake
Lunch: lofat cheddar cheese & low sodium triscuits
Dinner: raisin bran & skim milk
Snack: almond joy (yeah, leftover from easter, somebody's gotta eat it!)
Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica.
Dang...I eat a lot, hehe. You guys make me feel like a pig.
Breakfast - Trail mix, Banana
Snack - Coffee and cookies
Lunch - Can of soup, baggie of sunchips
Snack - Handful of malted milk balls, 2 cookies
Dinner - BBQ chicken, yams, carrot sticks, 2 biscuits with jelly and butter.

Breakfast: 6 pack of mini chocolate frosted donuts & a sprite zero
Lunch: Homewrecker Burrito & chips @ Moes. Burrito was steak, black beans, chese, lettuce, salsa, onion, diced jalapenos, guac & sour cream. Drank sprite, more than I needed.
Snack: Quaker Cereal Bar & Diet Dr Pepper
Dinner: Taco Soup, containing ground beef, kidney beans, black beans, tomato juice. i topped it with a tblsp of sour cream, a couple ounces of shredded chedder, a couple tablespoons of salsa and a handful of tortilla chips

bowl of pasta (wagon wheels!) with a sauce of my own creation; portabello mushrooms, hamburger, onion, and a bunch of other sauces mixes together. Awesome!
dinner:
Split a Cheddar's chicken tenders appetizer with my girlfriend. That bad boy is so big that just splitting it fills us up, and saves cash to boot. Ice water & lemon for the drink and we're out of the door for under $10 including the tip, baby!

Lunch: Caesar Salad with chicken
Dinner: Slice of pizza, macaroni and cheese, cornbread, and some sushi (plus a bite or two of chicken and shrimp)
God college food is screwed up.
Yet even then we ran like the wind,

Lunch: Biscuit and deli chicken sandwich with a diet Coke
Snack: Half a chocolate bar
Dinner: Bean flautas (home cooked), sliced cucumber with lime and salt, and a glass of milk

lunch: reheated crock-pot beef stew
second lunch: pizza buffet, six slices at Rudino's (had to go because it was a discussion of our site push tomorrow morning)
snack: two Moutain Dews
dinner: apple and more stew, my son didn't want his for today.
All in all not a bad day, probably about 3000 calories because of the pizza and Mountain Dew. Not gaining, but not losing. :\

Dinner: Two hot dogs (I was lazy tonight) and some instant rice.
Now I'm hungry, so I'm going to seek out a snack.

Dinner: Marinated flank steak with pan-roasted broccoli and a glass of sparkling lemonade.

Post dinner: 3/5 bottle of red wine
I'm watching the carbs these days, or at least trying to. The alcohol probably doesn't help in the long run.

D2: 2 bowls of spaghetti and 1 bowl of ice cream
W: B: 2 egg whites and coffee
L: half a sandwich
D: Boiled chicken breast, half grapefruit and peas
I think my current diet splits the middle well.

I don't do breakfast. Just a couple of glasses at water, then 1-3 cups of coffee at work.
Lunch: lasagne, white bread with chef's garlic spread.
2-4 cups of coffee.
Dinner: pita bread with feta-bellpepper things inside, leftovers from Monday.
A couple of yoghurt crackers and a large cup of coffee.

My diet is all over the place at the moment so it's not good.
Yesterday:
Breakfast: A cup of tea
Lunch: Lasagne (home-made), two satsumas or tangerines (i get confused)
Dinner: A home-made baguette with tomato puree, mozzarella, tomato pepperoni and jamon and pepper.
Evening snack of some toffee
Today:
Breakfast: Again, nothing but a cup of tea but also 1 mini-hollow chocolate egg!Woo!
Lunch: Lasagne again, an apple or two - depends on how hungry i am
Dinner: Haven't decided yet - i need to go to the store to get some stuff.
But as i said, my diet is pretty random. Some days i'll eat cereal or yoghurt for breakfast followed by some crisps mid-morning then by sandwiches and fruit for lunch with maybe a chocolate bar in the afternoon. For dinner i sometimes eat a load of pasta with home-made sauce and then some more crisps in the evening.

Lunch: Turkey and provolone sandwich with dab of hummus
Snack: 1 oz chocolate
Dinner: Gumbo with rice, small side of rice and beans
Snack: 1 fig newman, 2 Passover fruit slices, tea
Somewhere in there: 3 cups of coffee, 6 glasses water
Looks like I eat a lot. But I take small portions of things, so it works. Besides, I can't function during the day without a big, multi-staged breakfast.
