Me too, I've never seen the Anime ones, but I've seen the rest. I'm glad they mentioned Serenity, it's one of my favorite space battles ever. I'm surprised they didn't mention the great space battle in Return of the Jedi (at least IMO) or the fantastic battle in the BSG episode "Exodus Part II" (Galactica jumping into atmo is like one of the coolest things EVAR).
I *_Loved_* Stablazers. For whatever reason, my local station played the dubbed english version when I was 8 or 9. It made quite an impression on me compared to the usual cartoons. People actually died (even main characters), it was an entire season long story arc that was really unforgiving if you started watching it halfway through. And the wave motion gun rocks. I saw it a few years ago on DVD. Its pretty silly and fairly non-sensical now, but back then it blew my mind.

Probably because there wasn't any smack talk going on between the sides in those battles. Still some of the best spaceship porn out there, though. In both cases.

Return of the Jedi had the best space dialogue ever. Not exactly trash talk, but brilliant none the less. Luke can sense Vader, knows Vader knows of them, and is supremely worried about he success of the mission.
