I'm there for sure, I just got th expansion last weekend and am still going through the campaign missions but have done a few skirmishes with the brits.....trying to get better with them. Anyway ya count me in I will be there for sure.

Well, I like the over-the-top sports style commentary. I hadn't noticed the sound, but the recording quality doesn't bug me - mostly I'm just happy watching them is giving me more of an idea of how the game flows and how better to micro all my troops.

Playing arranged teams against random people was suicide...but ya I'm definitely down for next week to, and hopefully a few games before then. Been reading some strats online as well so hopefully by next weekend i have some of them worked out.....I really need to learn some of the maps better as well. Question - I've never used Vent before. What's protocol on jumping in to see if there are any open slots? I came in late to the party and didn't want to interrupt. At one point I noticed you were all in the same channel and not split into teams - is it appropriate to check in at that point?
Do you just say "hi" or would "Flash"/"Thunder" be more apropos?

Just hop in. We usually do comp stomps but even if we're playing vs. We'll typically stay in the same vent channel. We'll squeeze you in to the next game.

It was pretty fun. I've never gotten into playing RTSs too much, certainly not online, but I could see myself enjoying this if I actually learn it well enough to do OK.
Does anyone know of any strategy guides for this game? I really want to play online, but I get my ass handed to me constantly in skirmish mode with the CPU AI set to normal. It seems before I even start capturing victory points, the other team is in my base with tanks and I have nothing to counter. I basically need something that shows if you are playing as this army, build these things first, then send out these guys, then build this, etc.
Barring any real life social engagements, count me in.
