After consulting the sacred scrolls and using an advanced VAX machine for computations, here is what I came up with:

With that in mind, Khush can do the 5 hour Kara clear, but it would need to be Friday night , Sat night or during the day on the weekend. Otherwise, any day 7pm to 10 pm server is fine.

Zel's available next week for whatever content. Scheduling is pretty open, almost any evening works, and anytime on weekends. Friday is my least-favorite day, so avoiding that is good, but not essential.
Per be.imba.hu, her tank gear is about at the top of Kara, not quite ready for ZA. Her DPS gear, on the other hand, is at the very top of the ZA line, suitable for everything short of BT and Mount Hyjal.

Unless you're running out of mana overhealing is the most worthless stat in the game. Underhealing is effectively known as "wiping".
