I got sent a link to check it out before all the hub-bub. When I first loaded it I was like "Hey, free porn, sweet!". Then it went downhill from there, faster than I had ever hoped.
I can't say that I've ever made it all the way to the end but did happen to find some hilarious youtube videos of people taping themselves watching it.

I haven't seen it and I never will. I've heard in depth descriptions but words can only do so much so it really doesn't bother me. I also enjoy the power of being able to just say 2 girls 1 cup to someone eating their lunch who has seen the video and I get to finish their lunch as they become suddenly ill. Its like wielding the power of a god!

That's where the reactions get interesting. Typically, the subject is being watched. There are some subjects that do not get grossed out out, despite what they are saying. You can see the grin on their face as well as the lack of reaction. I'm not even what to make of the frat boy that kept grabbing on to his manhood during the video.
Most people have a gag response, or at least make normal reactions to something disgusting. They push themselves away from the screen, they cover their eyes (even if they keep trying to watch), and they turn away from the screen. I recently read a book on poker tells written by an FBI interrogator, and these are similar (but more pronounced) reactions that poker players have when they get bad cards.
So when you get that small % of viewers that look closer and show a large grin, it is telling. Just like poker, though, tells always have to be viewed in context. Maybe the subject already saw the video, or other things could cause someone not to react. Some people may just not be capable of being disgusted by something they see on TV, but would react differently if they were witnessing it.

One of my favorite reaction video was comedian Joe Rogan (host of Fear Factor) watching it. The guy is drawn to this kind of stuff, so he doubted it would be bad, but even he had to walk away during the video. But the clincher was at the end. "We need to hire those girls. What would take to get them to ****?"
