What the? Other than the guy who plays Ben, it doesn't sound like any of the cast did the voices for the characters? For tie-ins these days, that's almost has to be a given.

Aw, c'mon, "Crusty Miner Forty-Niner" Locke isn't doing it for you?
The writer's strike ensures that the actors don't have much on their plate, so why didn't they use them? Couldn't they at least have found better voice imitators? Very strange.

There already was a list of characters that get voiced by their respective actors. I think it included Jin, Claire, Ben and two or three other secondary persons, but, obviously, Jack, Kate or Locke aren't among them.
Voice recording sessions probably were already done 2 or 3 months ago, and Ubisoft wasn't keen on spending more money on doing all that again.
I don't know, Locke sounds spot-on to me. What, you don't think he sounds like a drunken indian chief with Downs Syndrome on the show?
Just played through the first 30 minutes and it's painfully bad. The game is extremely linear in the sense that you only have one objectvie at a given time and can only explore one area at a time. The beach is blocked off by rumble, you can only enter the jungle via set paths, and there's not a whole lot to do or see. The dialogue pretty bland all around and some of the voices sounds nothing like their TV counterparts.
