WOW BHA Post what instances you need

I'm starting this thread to help everyone find a group for what instances they need. Please post the instance you need, your CHARACTER NAME, CLASS & SPEC. Make sure you distinguish between regular & heroic.
Schnuggles (lock) heroic Arcatraz, heroic Shadow Labs
Newark (restro druid) reg Arcatraz, reg Shadow Labs, heroic Slave Pens
Schniggles (mage) reg Sethekk Halls, reg Steam Vaults, reg Arcatraz for 3rd fragment, Mechanar, Botanica
Dolgen, Dwarf Hunter, Marksman specced
I need Arcatraz, normal for 3rd kara key frag
Steam Vaults normal for Beast Lord drops and 2nd kara key frag
Mechanar and Botanica both normal
Trying to gear up for heroics and Kara, and get the key chain going.
EDIT: Updated since I completed Shadow Labs. I'd go back to help out guildies but its not exactly a fun quick run

Shadow Labyrinth, regular, for Alaysha and I. Alaysha needs the key frag for Kara and any incidental upgrades, I could use several possible upgrade drops.
Steamvaults, regular or heroic. Kalithresh drops the helm I've yearned for since I hit level 70.
Any heroics or 70 instances are likely to be useful for me and Alaysha regardless, since there's tons of things we can yet upgrade.
We're only able to run occasionally on weekends though. Weeknights are out for the time being.

When and IF i ever get back in WOW,I'd greatly appreciate some help with:
1.Steamvault to get the CE quest for Coilfang Armaments.(I need rep so I can get the Glyph of Ferocity at Revered.)
2.Some heroics so I can get 10 more badges for my Libram of Divine Judgement.
3.Auchenei Crypts-I need to try to get a blacksmithing recipe,Felsteel Gloves so I can finally level up my BS to near the 375 mark.

EDIT:As to type of dungeon-either heroic or regular,it doesnt matter really.
Seems like most folks are focused on top-range instances, but I'm not quite there yet. I'd still like to hit Underbog with Kamyndra since I haven't finished the Sporeggar quests there yet. As she's in a good range for it, I'm interested in potentially running Crypts or Mana Tombs for rep, but it seems like most folks focus on gaining rep with the top-tier instances, aside from Ramps.

Mechinar runs, but will run any of the Tempest Keep runs. I need the sword of the cosmos and rep.
Black Morass- I'll run this any time for those who need to get their kara key. I really want Latro's and I think that is a great instance.
I'm game for heroics- been to Ramparts, Shattered Halls, Slave Pens, Mechinar. Game for any and all. Need those badges.

Artesia (Druid tank) needs to grind SV, Cyrana (fire mage) needs rep with HH. But I'm always willing run pretty much anything!

Sigsbee (70 BM Hunter) needs CE rep from SV (reg or heroic) or heroic Underbog; KoT rep; Sha'tar rep and quest from heroic Bot and heroic Mech.
Sha'tar rep, so anything in tempest keep.
BM for Scarab of the Infinite Cycle
Auchindoun Instances for Lower city rep; need to pick up a lower city prayerbook.

Yarr, this is important to know. Also, for tanking, you'll want to make sure your stats are up to par; 490 def and a decent amount of avoidance are the bare minimum for tanking instances @ 70, heroics especially.

As usual, Anime is correct. I suggest you talk to one of the established Pally Tanks (Krind and Azorius are the two that pop to mind - there are others) for tips on what numbers you need for Heroics. Just a thought.

Happy to help in any way I can - that's why I made that "How to gear your Pally tank" thread.
Really, I'd suggest about the same stats for heroics as for starting Kara: 490 defense, uncrushable...you don't *have* to have those for heroics, but they certainly help. After that, as much health as you can get. I can't remember how much I had when I started heroics, but I'd suggest at least 11k unbuffed, off the top of my head. More is always better, fo' sho'.
Fair warning: heroics are much harder than normal level 70 instances. Good luck!

Alydrra (Druid - 64) Slave Pens / Underbog for CE Rep (looks like I get about 1000 rep per run so I'd need 4 more to get to honored and then I can start the CE quests

4 characters, 60, 61, 65, 70...will run anything, for no real reason other than to run.
Needs...whatever drops that is nice, otherwise...just enjoy the social context me guildies...!!!
Unless you're running out of mana overhealing is the most worthless stat in the game. Underhealing is effectively known as "wiping".

BHA - Cuanos/Crowlie/Kasparov (currently on hiatus from WoW)
I am VERY interested in running Arcatraz with my restro druid. Crazy & I have tried to run it 2 times now & each time no tank. Also, need heroic Arcatraz & heroic Shadow Labs with my lock. Troll & I tried running heroic SL last week & once again no tank. So if anyone wants to volunteer to tank that would be great.

Kamyndra is now 68, so I'm getting close to being another available tank for all those 70 instances, although I'll still have some gearing up to do. Does this mean I'll have an easy time finding folks to help with quests/runs for me to get geared up?
Yes, my mage turned 70 not too long ago, I'd be happy to do some runs with you.

Alrighty, Alaysha (balance spec druid) is wanting/needing to run Shadowlabs to get started on the Kara keying process. If there's any interest in a Saturday run (my attendance is optional, though I'd love to go with) in the afternoon or evening, she'd love that to happen.
We would need a tank, and if a healer wants to go that's awesome, as I'm currently specced Ret for bizzaro week and planning to stay ret for questing/grinding while I don't have a lot of instance time. However, if we can get all the roles filled except a healer, I'll respec back to healing (my intended long-term grouping spec anyway 
) to run it.

I need SL/Sethekk for Lower City rep; I'd be willing to heal either of those. Also, I'm game for any BM run, as there's a trinket drop in there I still need. Bloody thing drops for everyone but me.
