Make sure you watch the video. Looks freaking amazing. Then again BC was probably my favorite NES game ever.

Very much along the lines of the Prince of Persia re-make on XBLA. Looks fantastic, especially given the co-op action.
That's just awesome beyond words. There are so many games I played as a kid that I'd love to be redone in this manner, and Bionic Commando is definitely near the top of the list!

If you have the opportunity to download the 1280 x 720 version, it's pretty amazing.
The whole presentation reminds me a lot of Little Big Planet.

Man, that game takes me back. I was in high school, and my friends and I pooled our money to buy it after renting it a few times. One of our older brothers got us some beer and we took turns playing hotseat "Drunk Commando" til the wee hours. We must have beat it 20 times. This is a must get, and maybe I'll buy some Miller Lite tallboys just for old times sake.

Besides looking like a lovingly-crafted homage to the classic NES title, Rearmed is a brilliant Trojan Horse to drum up interest for the upcoming full retail release of Bionic Commando.
Capcom are way smart with their marketing strategy.

I did a search but couldn't find any thread on the Bionic Commando full game coming to PS3/360 soon.

This thing is looking HOT. I'm loving the depth of field distortion on the foreground when homing in on enemies. The far-off background visuals are great too. That said, I'm still not a fan of the red area that appears on the screen boarders when you get hit.
Between this, BC: ReArmed, Dead Rising, Zack & Wiki, Lost Planet, DMC4...hell, even PSP titles like Mega Man Powered Up...Capcom seems to be hitting them out of the part so far this gen.

I don't know if anyone here noticed, but if you purchase the NES remake version, it also unlocks a different skin for the main character in the upcoming full release game. That alone would make me want to buy it.
