I was going to post some mildly sophmoric quip, but then realized that the San Francisco Chronicle needs to up the budget for their fact checking department.
The source appears to be this article from The Satirical Political Report. Besides the name of the source, the tip off should have been that the article was just a headline and two photos with captions. That and that it was filed under "fake news".
