Yeah, but if you set off the bomb in Megaton you are rewarded with a parking lot!
I saw a similar list a couple days ago. I prefer it because a) it's gender neutral and b) Veronica Belmont rightly takes the first spot. She's so dreamy and the feelings I had when I heard her voice on Buzz Out Loud are something she should be considering a restaining order about.

The girls on that list aren't really geeks. The talk about it, but they aren't actual geeks themselves.
I know some real female geeks who would sling actual code and are hotter than Jade Raymond. One of the developers for LOTRO from Turbine was hot enough even I noticed her. I went and talked to her to confirm she wasn't just a marketing plant. She knows her stuff and we had a great conversation. Why isn't there a list of those gals?

Better yet, why isn't there a photo spread of those gals?

I can't stand Webb, she looks like Skeletor.

I won't see her again until next PAX, but if you want I can put in a good word for you then. But then it's your posting history that's going to do the talking, guy. Just remember that.
Have you considered going to someplace like http://www.soulgeek.com and checking it out?

Ditto to what J said. A Mex post that doesn't involve sex in a derogatory fashion means the end is nigh.

I don't think my posting history can accurately portray to someone how truly, very loud I am.
Speaking of PAX, I have a few flight vouchers and the first thing that popped into my mind when I received them was PAX. Then I got a call from a friend yesterday asking me to be in his wedding. After confirming that it didn't clash with GenCon, I agreed because I look damn good in a tux. But it looks like it falls on the weekend where PAX traditionally occurs.

Quite surprised to see number 10 on that list as she's a local blogger from my side of the planet.
Her blurb is understating the fact about her having her having her detractors; her habit of constantly making fun of almost anything and anyone, seemingly without tongue in cheek, has rubbed many other local bloggers the wrong way.
Can't fault her on her self marketing skills though, if she is able to make the top ten of such a list state-side.
Good call on #3. She's really rocking the glasses. Amazing what pieces of plastic have done for her career.

It's strange. The original link was just dull. It's the responses on this thread that have left me dazed and more than a little bit flabbergasted.
No one's ever suggested a new signature, I'm beginning to suspect no one reads them.

That's another reason why Veronica Belmont is better. Not only is she cuter than anything else, she certainly knows her geek stuff, something you can't say for certain about Chobot and some of the others.
