Passage: A Game in 5 Minutes
Wednesday, December 12th, 2007 - 11:27am

I could have sworn I heard about this on the GWJ forums or podcast, but I can't find mention of it in either.
Passage by Jason Rohrer
A submission for Koorumi's gamma 256 contest for games with the most irregular aspect ratio, and could not exceed 256x256.
The game takes all of 5 minutes to complete; a gaming parable if you will. Sweet and touching and even a little bit sad. All conveyed with simple 8 bit graphics and sound.

What a sweet, melancholy little game. Thanks for the heads up
I heard that they were keeping Elysium in the ICU not because he needed intensive care, but because they needed to be careful of his intensity. - Wordsmythe
That actually tugged at the old heart-strings a bit.
Torq - I can certainly see myself whipping it out for a quick solo on commutes though.
I played it immediately after reading about it over at RPS. Yeah great game, depressing and enlightening at the same time.
Decisions are just decisions, there are neither "good" or "bad"

Yeah, but if you set off the bomb in Megaton you are rewarded with a parking lot!
