Okay, so I definitely stole this from another message board (after hearing of it on a podcast, which I think was the One Up Yours podcast) but I thought it would be fun.
Basically you just paint your favorite gaming moment in MS Paint and post it here. I can't wait to see your guys paintings.

No in-game explanation is ever given as to why this occurs. Apparently he's just a giant disembodied eye laser-shooting cat head who gets angry when people trip over graves.

As for the game, it's one of the three ending from Planescape: Torment. I don't recall 100% but I think you get this one once you merge with the mortality.
