Brainwave puzzles:

You have a metal contraption that you try to get a ring or bar off of the rest of the puzzle... It is great fun in a room full of nerds who believe they can solve anything in 2 minutes or less. It will also amuse 12 year olds for a good 20 minutes (which is part of my profession).

Gift Certificates to Best Buy. My wife and I like to go shopping during Boxing Week. And I like to be surprised, so I don't make a list.

I usually get what I really want during the year unless an item comes out during the holiday season. Everything else that I can wait for (and get others to pay for) is something that I wouldn't mind seeing under my tree.

- Games: Geometry Wars: Galaxies (ds & wii), Phoenix Wright, Contra 4, Team Fortress 2 (PC), NiGHTS, Guitar Hero II or III
- All three Plush Chocobos
- Alucard
- Money or Gift Cards for new clothes
- Jewelry (specifically a pendant in the shape of a snowflake with either diamonds or blue topaz)

I listed just about every good game to those I know, primarily so that I have a reason not to buy them right away. Saved me about $300 this month, at least.

On the DVD front the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumia DVDs and Mushi-shi DVDs. Great, great anime series right there. Oh, and Casino Royale because that movie kicked ass.

I haven't had any kind of Christmas list in years. If people get me stuff.. that's cool.

If not, that's ok too.

I'm asking for the following;
1.) COD4 for PC (I'm a snob)
2.) Crysis
3.) Drinking money, I don't tell them it's for drinking
4.) Icemat Gaming headset (I'm tired of my mic ductaped to headphones set up)
5.) New boots (I'm from Oklahoma, don't get your hopes up)

I'm having a tough time deciding what I want this year. Mainly, when it comes to games. Current leaning in bold.

Video games: Crysis, Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect, Metroid Prime 3, or Super Mario Galaxy
Board games: HeroScape, Colosseum, or Tannhauser
DVDs: Justice League Season 2 or Samurai Jack Season 4
Books: The Walking Dead Vol. 7, LUA Programming, and/or The Zombie Movie Encyclopedia

On the most likely to happen list:
1) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (yes, I still don't have it)
2) Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (dido)
3) Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock (most likely to get from my brother)
4) Photography Equipment
5) Legos (any kind are fine, but I really covet the Ultimate Star Wars collection, already have the Star Destroyer and Y-Wing)

Not likely to happen:
1) 360 with a bunch of games
2) Computer upgrades

Otherwise I am sure to get a bunch of weird "creative" gifts (chocolate potato chips?!) from various members of my family. I find it funny that people have such a hard time finding stuff to get me when I think I am damn easy to shop for. Especially my dad, he has no clue.

We should throw a Chicago rabbitCon. I'll get started on the shirts.

1. A Canon Powershot SD850 IS camera.

2. Time to play Halo 3.

3. A superthin laptop.

4. World peace? Or an ice cream cone.
